I am really confused about all your comments. This is the first time I read this kind of comment regarding our team. As you can read on other comments, our staff friendliness and very professional is usually one of our main assets. I have passed a copy of your comment to our guide as it was really upset for us to read it. It’s our priority to take the required steps in order to maintain our usual quality of services. Regarding Cannes it was MIPIM and there were lots of places that were closed for tourists as the MIPIM held at Cannes Festival Area and everything is closed, but however I do apologize for all inconveniences that you have had.
We hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you again someday and make you change your mind regarding all of this. Note that once in French Riviera we’ll be very happy to offer you a ride.
