Great bus tour

Loved Bondi beach. The driver was very info and funny and could answer any questions people had about anything. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Don't bother

We thought that we would be seeing many sights in Sydney but that wasn't the case. The driver, predominantly, drove through random residential areas which held no interest. We did visit Bondi beach which was nice. The driver had a very thick accent which made it hard to understand his descriptions of what we were seeing. Additionally, he spent much time educating us on the price of random things-coffee, meals, etc. He must be used to having a bus full of pensioners on fixed incomes with the time spent on telling us where to buy inexpensive coffee and which shopping areas to avoid. It was boring and a waste of a day.

Great way to see the major sights in a few hours. Short stops but enough time to get a taste of places you might want to go back to explore further. Tour guide was knowledgeable but a little difficult to understand due to a heavy accent. Would recommend.

An easy and interesting way to have a general view of Sydney

The guide is very friendly. He gave us a general review about the most important sites of Sydney. The bus is confortable. The time in the sites where we stopped was a little bit short.

Tour great - guide not so much

The tour itself was really nice. Great overview of Sydney and some great photo ops. The guide not so much. We were supposed to meet by the fountain 15 min before the tour start, but he didn’t show up till the exact time. (Believe his name was Martin.) His English was not very good at all so it was very difficult to understand what he was telling you. Plus he spoke very fast. By 1/3 of the way through the tour, people were talking to each other instead of listening to him.

Getting to see parts of Sydney you would normally may need a car to get to. You were on a time schedule for each stop but gave you plenty of time for photo opportunities. The drivers accent at times heard to understand but he was knowledgeable and he told a few jokes, even at times explained the Australian slang to the international tourists.

City Bus Tour highlights of Sydney

Our driver was great!!! Really good at telling us the history. Loved how he loaded the bus ensuring the people that need more leg room weren’t cramped in the back and elderly that needed a bit of time to get on and off were able to do so. As usual I think we needed 1/2 hour at the stops and 45 minutes at bondi so you could actually walk on the beach and enjoy it more. What a beautiful city❤️

This trip covered all the highlights in Sydney in a few hours, it was perfect our guide was wonderful.

This is not a pleasant trip and the Opera House has been skipped.

We ask the driver if on board the bus is according to the names that called when gathering we were the first group called. Our answer was yes, but when start boarding, our names were not called until we asked the driver that we have 3 people that over 80 years old. After our complaint he called our group n let us boarded. But afterward, he talk to people behind him saying that we are difficult people, I asked him what does he meant as we are all very easy going people. In our opinion, this driver do have sense of discrimination.
