Great experience!

We were around the area of Tarifa, Spain, so it was really tempting to take a one hour ferry to see Tangier, get a taste of Morocco. I’m so glad we did. After we arrived, our guide Abdul, and private driver were already there waiting for us outside the ferry terminal. We went to a nice restaurant for brunch, the almond butter desert was so good. Went to the place where the Atlantic and Mediterranean ocean merges. One of the highlights was the camel ride on a beautiful beach, so much fun! We went to another place to eat later in the Medina(old town) with great food and great view. Abdul took us to a lot of interesting places, showed us how the locals lived, told stories and history behind the places we visited. Abdul was absolutely pleasant, knowledgeable, his English is very good, very easy to understand. We are so glad to have him as our guide. If you are in south Spain, or passing by Tarifa, highly recommend doing this tour. Very easy! Thank you Abdul! Great to meet you! And thank you Ali for arranging my tour time change due to missing an earlier ferry.

We (family of 4) were in Tangier on a day trip from Tarifa and wanted to make the most of it. We opted for this trip after reading the reviews so it’s only fair we add our own review. In a nutshell, it’s hard to imagine topping this experience for a single day. Our host Hassan (Coca Cola) was very friendly and kind. He was there with us from the start to the end. The van was comfortable and the driver was also friendly. We liked Hassan’s explanations about the different destinations and he did his best to answer all our queries. It’s amazing that he taught himself all the English he speaks. It was also Ramadan when we were in Tangier and he was fasting. But he went all out to make sure our experience didn’t suffer. Did it feel like we were in a tourist trap? Yes, parts definitely did. But it was all fun. You are able to request a stop even if it is not on the itinerary. We spent a good amount of time at the American Legation museum. Recommend it for those interested in American history in the area. Not a fan of the restaurant we were taken to for lunch. But it was Ramadan and most places were closed. Did not plan on any shopping but the shop Hassan took us to had some friendly and convincing salesmen and we came away buying a rug and a lamp. Some googling later told me I didn’t quite bargain as much I could have but that’s all part of the experience. Overall, would do it again. Definitely better than trying to wing it on our own! Thanks Hassan.

À day that was and is unforgettable

Achraf, was excellent with his knowledge of Tangier’s history, folklore and general information. There was little he was not able to, answer question wise. He has a great personality and patience, would stop when requested and possible for photo ops. I have mobility issues but he made a full day with his sightseeing very possible and enjoyable. We had the pleasure of having a lunch with Acheraf at a restaurant that is mostly used by locals. It was a seafood restaurant (LUBINA BLANCA), we have travelled extensively and had seafood many times, this restaurant had the freshest selection and the preparation was top notch. When we return to Tangier’s we will book our day again with Acheraf ( please excuse the spelling of our tour guides name if I have miss spelled your name.) We highly recommend Archeraf. Our experience overall was great! We would definitely contact Ali again, and recommend his tour services. We had some travel rescheduling but Ali was able to arrange everything for us in no time and made sure everything worked out to fulfill our expectations. Great Private Tour for a Family

We had a fantastic time in Tangier 🧡 Was so nice to be able to walk out of the ferry port knowing that someone was waiting for us (our tour guide whose nickname is Coca Cola was there with our name). He showed us all the highlights and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole trip. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, worked with the pace we wanted for the day and treated us like long life friends. We had our two kiddos come and they liked the tour as well, they were tired by the end. Coca Cola made sure to take care of them, buying them sweets and getting them deals on things in the market. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had such a fun day on this tour! Ali was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We went to all the sights in his comfortable vehicle. We ate the most delicious breakfast and lunch. The sights are astounding and Ali's commentary really made it come to life. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great guide, jam packed with activities

Wow! We had a full, fun filled day with Ali. He introduced himself as our guide, photographer and body guard—all fair statements. He did a great job and he took lots of photos for us which I love. The tour started with Ali picking us up from the ferry and taking us to breakfast at a beautiful restaurant. After that, he showed us some main areas of Tangier. We saw a mosque and learned a bit about Muslim beliefs. We saw a beautiful overlook, golf course, some of the celebrity homes and Hercules cave. Riding camels was highlight! We were right on the beach. We then went into the old market and fort where Ali told us a bit of history and explained some of the symbols on different building. We ended the tour with the market where he took us to the best vendors. The salesmen there are much more aggressive than the salesmen in the United States so be prepared for that. We spent more than we had intended but I am looking forward to receiving our items—they ship everything. After we were done with the market Ali took us back to our hotel which was a pretty long drive. He even offered to take us to the ferry the next day. I definitely recommend the tour to anyone wanting to have a day trip in Tangier

Incredible experience in Morocco for the first time… traveling from Estepona to Tangier for the day… from start to finish Karim was AMAZING! He made our trip! Feel like we have known him forever. From the camel ride, snake charmer, hercules caves, rug shopping, and a traditional lunch. Wish we could relive this day all over again!! If anyone is coming to Morocco, you must book this tour. I truly cannot say enough good things about Karim and his brother, Ali. Thanks for everything!

The tour was excellent and Hamza's knowledge and experience made this tour a once in a life time experience. The tour had a family feel to it and we felt like we was travelling with an old friend, due to the friendliness of the tour guide and driver. We explored a number of interesting land marks, and enjoyed hearing the history of hercules caves and cap spartel and had a delicious authentic Moroccan breakfast whilst looking at the breathtaking meeting of the two seas. We had a lovely camel ride through the sandy beaches. We then went to the old city and had our senses awakened by the beautiful smells of olives, fresh spices and perfumes and our eyes amazed by the beautiful hand crafted rugs, jewellery and ornaments. We would never have been able to visit and learn all about these places in 1 day, without the help of Hamza. We are looking forward to our next visit to Morocco and are hoping Hamza will be available to show us around!

Karim was a wonderful tour guide. We only had one full day in Morocco and he brought us to all the highlights of the area. He shared is knowledge about the history and culture of Morocco and made sure we were taken care of. He brought us to the best market shops based on what we were looking to purchase.

The food was amazing. We learned a lot about the culture. Tangier is beautiful! Ali was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If you are taking a ferry from Spain, reach out to Ali to get info on the most efficient and reliable way to get there. There are many reviews regarding problems at the ferry port. Ali sent us a link for FRS from Tarifa to Tangier Ville that was great.

Mohamed is a top-rated Tour Guide. He has intimate knowledge of the local history and heritage and keeps it all relative to modern-day life there in Tangiers. Walking around with him, my wife and I could witness the respect and camaraderie that he had for his fellow Moroccans in the way he greeted others and how he was received by others. All of his stops were well worth it. We can say with confidence that he went the extra mile with us when our Ferry got canceled due to poor weather. He drove us 40 minutes to another port to try from there. When that was not possible he drove us back to Tangiers and set us up with good accommodations for the night and even checked to make sure our departure went smoothly the next morning. I highly recommend his Tour Services without hesitation. SIX STARS!
