We had a wonderful day visiting the Mt Fuji area. We visited a very interesting village called Iyashi no Sato and got beautiful pictures and videos with Mt Fuji in the background. We were fortunate that the day we visited was clear and no clouds so we had great views of Mt Fuji from every location we went to. As others stated this is more of a car service than a tour, but our driver Shakeel was very polite and knew where to take us to avoid the crowds and still get the best views. I recommend this tour.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Sikandar today. He was punctual, extremely accommodating and made our day trip to Fuji incredible.
We had two older people with us so he helped us plan it in a way that accommodated their needs.
At every stop he told us the best view points, took our pictures, translated with the locals and ensured we were having an amazing trip. We got a clear day and clear views of Fuji so our trip was perfect in every way.
He made sure we had good places to eat, translated the menu for us, helped us place an order and made sure our food was sorted out.
He went above and beyond our expectations. If you’re looking for a day trip to Fuji from Tokyo, there is no better than option than this.

Usman was a friendly and patient guide. He took us to some of the best sites to view Mt Fuji in a comfortable vehicle. We also enjoyed great food at an authentic Indian restaurant. Highly recommended.

The best part about our trip was the drive and our patient driver Omar Chima. He was so focused on our needs and open to customisation. He was not just tick the box on 5 places. We had a traveller on a wheelchair and Omar was ready to give a helping hand and took us to the accessible places. Highly recommended and thank you Omar. You are very good at what you do.

I would recommend this tour. Our tour guide, Usman, was very accommodating and kind. He was knowledgeable about the Fuji area and suggested a great lunch spot and as well as a famous ice cream spot on the tour. Our group had a great time!

Our trip began bad and ended as a disappointment. Right from the beginning he went to the wrong hotel (pickup location) and because of his difficulty communicating we walked to him. We paid over $500 for a private tour of Mt. Fuji and surrounding areas. Our driver, Mohammed spoke little to no English and was difficult to understand. He did not greet us, explain the day's events, or make any attempt to make a connection with us. He was no more than a driver. His car (which was his personal vehicle) was small, dated and not the cleanest. It was not comfortable for a long trip at all. Our driver spent a lot of time texting while driving, which is illegal in Japan. Several times he had to brake hard because he was distracted. Aside from the safety concerns he wasn't a guide, but merely a driver. He didn't know or couldn't communicate any knowledge about what we were seeing, instead pointing us to signs. He did take photos for us, but other than that it was a bust. We were inticed by Viator's overview suggesting we'd learn more about the mountain that has shaped japanese art and culture. We learned nothing. We were promised a driver/guide and there was no guide. The only saving grace was that we had a good day to see the mountain.

Overall an excellent trip. The driver was highly knowledgeable and very pleasant. As it was a private tour he was more than happy to accommodate our modification of the cookie cut tour. The only suggestion is regarding the size of the car. Both of us are around 6 feet tall and hours in a very small car is a problem. A very nice car but way too small. The car also needed some cleaning with rubbish from a previous trip in evidence.

We had a great experience with our your guide Sikandar. He was patient, on time, and gave a good overview of the attractions visited. He even took the time to drop us off at a local mosque to persue prayers. Highly recommend.
