The most amazing day! Omar our guide was exceptional. Saw Niagara Falls from so many different places. The boat was incredible. Omar filled every moment of the day with a very organised tour, I completely recommend this fabulous day.

This was a fantastic way to see a memorable sight. Abier was our guide. He picked us up from our hotel promptly and was knowledgeable and great company through the day. Trip was well organized. It was so nice to arrive to attractions early with tickets in hand so we did not have to wait in long lines. I thought the guide would provide more information about the history of Niagara Falls, though.

Abair ( A beer) was great and you could tell he really enjoys his job. I’m glad we booked this small, semi private tour. We were able to get in and out and really enjoy the tour versus waiting for people to load/unload off a huge tour bus or wait for stragglers. My only suggestion to the company is stop at the Starbucks at the Niagara needle (I’m nut sure of the correct name) versus stopping at the Tim Hortons.

A wonderful day trip! Very well organised. Small group. Scheduled in order to avoid crowds. A very interesting guide, thank you Abeir! Only drawback: during the booking we indicated our hotel as pick up location, but 2 days before the trip when we confirmed our reservation online, we were told that our hotel was not in the pickup zone and we had to choose another pickup location.

Poorly run. Not worth the money.

Our tour booked through Viator was operated by SeeSight Tours. Our booking stated we would be picked up at the hotel at 7 am. At 7:15 I contacted your via email & text asking where they were? At that point a response was sent giving information for the day- to be ready between 7:30 & 7:45 am. This information should have been sent the day PRIOR! This also happened to others waiting at our hotel for the same tour via the Italian speaking van. When the driver arrived there was confusion as to names & number in the party. We were guided & briefly seated inside the incorrect van (Italian speaking). Our tour guide Chuck was nice, but extremely inexperienced. There was no plan for the day laid out to us. We were told after driving an hour he would be leaving us at a Tim Horton’s for 20 minutes or so while he went to pick up others. ??? If we had known we would be stopping for breakfast, we wouldn’t have spent money for our expensive hotel breakfast. And I’m still uncertain why we were left at a Tim Horton’s instead of going in the van to pick up the rest of our group. He was gone around 30 min. Myself and yhe 4 others waited perplexed as to what was going on. Chuck didn’t speak loudly enough in the van, so information was lost to those of us in the back. He was good at getting us to our ticketed tours on time, but had very few interesting facts to share about the falls and what he did have was relayed poorly. He didn’t stand in front of the group while walking us to view the falls. He walked in front, speaking only to those near him. This was very disappointing You purchase a more expensive, small group tour package, to get a personalized tour. It was clear he had no well thought out plan for us. He even relayed some facts ending with, “they want us to tell the clients that”. He became lost driving while looking for the floral clock and a passenger in the van pointed out the road signs for him. We had to double back. It was pouring rain as we exited one your and he expected us to run in the rain to the van with him. We had to ask him to drive the van to the door to pick us up. This tour was not worth the money. While we enjoyed experiencing the falls and the prepaid tickets, the tour guide and poorly relayed information from the company was very disappointing. I would expect much better from a Viator tour.
