Very nice experience if you are visiting Toronto ! We were picked up just in time and our tour guide gave us so much information about Toronto that we didn’t get anywhere else. We went to the winery first where we tried an iced wine. And then we headed to Niagara Falls. The boat rides weren’t available so we did the Journey Behind the Falls instead. We got to walk the tunnels and see the falls up close. After that they took us to different spots along the Niagara Falls area including Niagara on the Lake. My husband and I had so much fun. Definitely recommend this tour.

Shaf our guide from Tanzania was excellent. He was very informative and ensured that we had a really enjoyable time The tour is well constructed and covers off a variety of different places. An excellent tour if you want to visit Niagara Falls and some of the surrounding area and you don't have a car. The highlights were visiting the Falls and Niagara on the Lake although it would have been good for some additional time before 17:00 to visit the shops at NotL.

Our tour guide was amazing and the experience out of this world. The only downside was that by November 25th the falls are closed for ferries so we’d prefer if that specific situation was advertised because we were privy to that.

Niagara Falls were just so spectacular! The stop in niagara on the lake enabled you to have a drink and do a bit of shopping in a quaint, beautiful town and the winery was a nice way to end it.

The winery tour was nice and decent free time at the falls. The boat ride was really cool. The bus driver was funny. I didn't like the stop in the town as we ended up being stuck in traffic and didn't make it back to our hotel until 8pm. Please pack snacks. I liked the random facts the tour guide had. However he was cultural insensitivity and made fun of people's "long names."

Niagara Falls Day Tour from Toronto was absolutely amazing. The bus ride was nice. Also my friends and I enjoyed the wine tasting. When we arrived at Niagara Falls it was a stunning view and breathtaking. If you are considering this tour you should definitely consider. Also be prepared to do a lot of walking!

Prepare for your entire day to be gone! Also expect to be treated differently if you are of color. My friends and I are were dropped off on the street and forced to walk 5 mins off the road. As we are walking down the road, we began to see strange men riding bikes and swinging a huge flag in the middle of the street. Very scary especially with being a young black tourist! However, the overall experience is amazing!

A poor trip - not to be recommended

It was great to see the falls and the trip on the Hornblower but the rest was very poor. The pickup was chaotic with David, the guide leaving his phone on the coach and it was ringing with news of the other guests who had not been picked up. David was big on history but his organisation and communication skills were very poor. When he dropped us in Niagara he should of told us where to go to see the falls and other sights. We also had to return to collect the tickets for the boat trip but had to wait 30 minutes beyond the nominated time before he appeared with the tickets and then there was a long queue for the boat. If he had got the tickets in advance, which he could have done given they run trips daily, then we could have done the boat trip without having to queue and wasting 30 minutes waiting for him to give us the tickets. The trip to the winery was ok but the speaker didn’t really explain much. Because we were delayed by the traffic and poor organisation we didn’t stop at the flower clock or stop to see the views on the way to Niagara on the Lake. We were then only given 30 minutes at NOTL which was simply too little time and so we had to ask David for more time and even then we had to rush the visit. Also the drivers lane management was very poor, spending much of the time in the fast lane with cars undertaking. He was also using his phone when driving and then veering into other lanes. We were not impressed with his driving. It was a very long day with lots of delays not helped by the organisation skills of the guide, David. We would not recommend this tour.

Driver was very knowledgeable in the history all the way to Falls. Boat ride was the best part of our whole trip, amazing. Only issue would be not much time to explore, would prefer more time at Falls instead of winery stop I'm not a drinker lol. Village stop on way home was very relaxing lovely looking place to wander around.

The falls are truly amazing and a sight to behold. It’s a long drive from Toronto, almost a 12 hour trip (pick up to drop off). Alwyn, our host kept everyone informed on what was around us. The journey was nicely broken up with the wine stop on the way and Niagara on the Lake on the way back was beautiful to see, but there is not really a lot of time there.

Really enjoyed this tour. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly and we felt like we got to see and do everything we wanted to. There was around 60 on our coach. The ‘wine tasting’ is a brief pit stop with 3 small glasses of wine but enjoyable nonetheless. We would have liked more free-time in the Clifton hill area as there was a long stop at Table Rock and we had to meet back there to collect our boat tickets. Felt like we got good value for money. We would recommend this tour to friends.
