What To Expect

Be ready for morning pickup at your downtown Toronto hotel. Climb into a comfortable minibus and depart for Niagara Falls.

Arriving at the falls, get photo-worthy views from Table Rock and walk along the edge. Hop onboard a Niagara City Cruise (priority admission included) for an up-close look; prepare to get wet.

Following the cruise, head over to the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel for a lunch with views of Horseshoe Falls. Spend some time exploring at your leisure before hopping back on the bus for a ride down Niagara Parkway. Arrive at Whirlpool Rapids, notable for being the largest series of standing waves in North America. Upgrade your experience with a helicopter ride for aerial views of this phenomenon.

Journey on to the nearby hydropower stations and Queenston Heights, where you’ll see Brock’s Monument, the world’s smallest chapel, and the Floral Clock. Taste some ice wine at one of Canada’s most well-known wineries, then visit Niagara-on-the-Lake for some free time.

We had Johnny as our driver and guide. As soon as we met him we knew we were in for a fantastic and fun day. He was so knowledgeable and spoke many different languages which helped the other guests on the tour immensely. There wasn't just one highlight but many. The maple syrup tasting, driving around the beautiful houses, the tiny church, the photo opportunities, the boat trip to the falls and to top it all off the lunch with the most spectacular view of the falls. We couldn't recommend this tour highly enough and if you get Johnny as your guide, you are in for an unforgettable day out.

The tour is supposed to be a day but really it last for half a day the rest is transport. The guide was nice.The lunch was in a different place than expected and does not give much time to do anything else. Not worth the price for a touristic experience. The bus was supposed to have wifi but no wifi, not a big deal unless the extra price includes this.

John is such a character, the tour end up being a show due to his awesome jokes and wide knowledge, especially with languages. Niagara worth seeing, the waterfall and Niagara on the Lake. Seemed like a movie. Would easily do again especially if John was our driver.

From the excellent pick up from our hotel fantastic stops en route to the falls and a lovely driver, Gary, it was fabulous day. We took the lunch option and were not disappointed. The restaurant sat high, looking out over the falls. After lunch, the boat ride out to base of the falls was great fun. The whole trip was worth every penny and high praise goes to Gary, the driver, for being so informative. I thoroughly recommend anyone to take this trip.

The boat cruise experience was amazing. The buffet meal was also a unique touch and the vast knowledge of the tour guide was entertaining. There was a degree of dishonesty with the trip in that I was told that I could upgrade to do the helicopter tour when I called in to enquire and booked the tour because of this assurance. My main reason for doing this particular tour was for the helicopter upgrade. To my surprise, the tour guard was unaware of this information, and due to time constraints, we could not do the Helicopter Tour. The trip therefore did not fulfill the company's commitment to me the customer.

Niagara was amazing. It is a must do visit if you are in the Toronto area. We got on the boat and wore plastic ponchos and went really close to the falls. Wow. We really liked it. You can feel and hear the thunder of the water. We had lunch at the Sheraton falls view. Don't expect much from the buffet spread, it was a sad looking . Just enjoy the view. Our tour guide Johnny was funny, lively and informative. Just disappointed that we did not go to the Whirlpool Aero Car and Journey Behind the Falls. This was supposed to be part of the package. Spectacular Niagara Falls trip

Of course, the experience of being up so close to all that water was thrilling. Johnny, our tour guide was wonderful. He filled the drive to the falls with interesting stories and information, made several stops at sights and drove us through beautiful neighborhoods. He made the trip exceptional. We were a bit disappointed in the lunch at the Sheraton, the food was not remarkable and not a wide choice. We've been to many buffets at home and on trips and I would say this was one of the worst, especially for a hotel of that caliber. The view was great. We should have gone to the Queen Victoria, recommended by a friend, better and less expensive.

We had a wonderful time. We had some issues with pick up and drop…the website said they could pick us up at our hotel but the driver would not come to us. We had to shuttle to the airport in Toronto to be picked up! Very inconvenient at 7 in the morning. The boat ride was amazing.
