Very enjoyable tour. Our tour guide, Fabio, was great. Gave us a lot of information about the area and was super friendly. He went above and beyond at the end of the tour to return a cell phone we had left on the bus. We had plenty of time at each stop. Never felt rushed. Good way to spend the day.

Excellent way to see Niagara Falls

The entire tour was amazing. We throughly enjoyed every second. It was, in fact, beyond our expectations. We saw the Falls from the viewing area, went on the Behind the Falls tour, went on the "Maid of The Mist" boat ride, and then had a magnificent view of both the US and Canadian side as we enjoyed an excellent lunch. Our guide, Syed, did an excellent job. He picked us up at out hotel at the designated time, provided information about the area while traveling, and made sure we knew where to go once we got to Niagara Falls. We are very glad we booked this tour and will recommend it to others.

Super scenic tour with a great friendly tour guide. John knew tons of information and gave great tips on where to go and where not to spend money. Very roomy tour van with refreshments and individualized care to ensure our tour was exceptional. Biggest spot was behind the falls section but the drive alone was worth it as it was early and beat tons of foot and automobile traffic. Thanks for everything John you made the tour that much better!

The Boat behind the falls and the wonderful lunch at the Sheraton. We had enough time at each place and the driver Greg was so patient with the people who did not quite understand english.

Do not pick the Lunch option! Horrible food and service at Sheraton Fallsview Buffet. The staff looked irritated & angry that another tour group was eating there. They kept saying another tour group. Server did not even come over & asked what wanted to drink. There’s a melted ice pitcher of tap water on each table. When I asked server for 2 sodas, she angrily said that’s not included in your tour buffet. Told her it wasn’t a problem, I would pay. And why isnt a soda included in the price Viator/Zoom Tours? Once the drinks arrived she yelled cash or credit?! Very Rude & Unprofessional! Zoom Tours & Viator, Stop booking lunches there please! Servers treated the tour groups like 2nd class citizens. There’s plenty of restaurants around & u get free time for lunch. Skip the lunch option. Tour guide is basically just a driver, will u drive u to the boat stop or behind the journey. Boat ride was awesome, Must Do!

Everything was great! Except for the lunch at Sheraton. The food was NOT good at all. The only thing I found was edible was from the salad bar. I would advise not booking the lunch and getting your own food.

This day was a fun excursion around the Niagra Falls region. We didn't have great weather, but that's not the fault of the company. Fabio treated everyone with kindness and care, and gave great information about the area.

Our guide for the tour was Fabio. What a wonderful man. He is very knowledgeable about the area , and gives a lot of explanation during the tour. Nothing is too much for him , he does everything to make the journey successful. He is all the time fully concerned about timing visiting the falls, the area, sights, monuments, winetasting..., and that is really good, because in that way we were able to visit and enjoy so many things in one day. He made the day a ral success, thank you Fabio for that. And useless to say, the Niagara Falls are incredible !! One point of critic about the organisation, is that not all the persons on the tour booked the same things like journey behind the falls and the lunch at the Sheraton. We were the only ones who booked the journey behind the falls and we let it drop because of the group and the smooth timing . But thanks to Fabio yes, him again we got an immediate cashback on that part of the tour.

Overall quite good, with much ground covered. Our tour guide, Fabio, was courteous and engaging, happy to oblige picture-taking and small talk. . However, the otherwise positive experience was some dampened by two drawbacks ::(1) In the course of descending into the Niagara falls viewing tunnel our group became separated in the crowd and, in effect, broke apart. Complicating matters, our guide failed to make clear his directives for the meet-up time and place. Confusion and anxiety for us ensured, as it took some time to locate everyone. (2) Our scheduled group luncheon atop the Sheraton seemed to have caught the restaurant unprepared, apparently due to a last-minute addition to the number of people on the tour., resulting in a 15-minute or longer delay being seated while restaurant personnel visibly scrambled to secure additional tables and chairs. This would seem to have spoken to a breakdown in communication between Viator and the Sheraton, whether on site with the guide and the restaurant or at a higher administrative level we can't say. Nonetheless, and in general, a very positive experience, topped off with a pleasant sojourn at the Reif Winery/tasting room at Niagara-on-the-Lake, succeeded by an uneventful bus ride back to Toronto, with everyone safely dropped off at their respective hotels.

せっかくのナイアガラなので、一番高いランクのツアーを選びました。ホテル送迎付きというので申し込みの時にホテルまで選んだのに行きも帰りも送迎はありませんでした。しかも行程の説明が全くなく、船着き場でようやく船に乗るんだとか、テーブルマウンテンも入ってたので選んだのに、滝の裏見学ツアーをその間でいったきてくれとか、どれも見所も時間配分も説明も不足で食事だけ2時間とか、せっかくのナイアガラだったのに残念でした。一人二万近く払ったのに残念です。ほかの会社のツアーにすればよかったです。空港近くのホテルの人だけ送迎あったのも納得出来ません。一人でドライバーと添乗は大変でしょが、その分手抜きになってます。
