Our trip to Niagara Falls was amazing. Aside from the spectacular view, our tour guide Favio was great. He is the best tour guide ever. His knowledge about the history and how friendly he was, was phenomenal. I would recommend this tour company to all of my friends and share our one of a kind experience. Niagara Falls is indeed one of the best attractions in Canada.

Gary the guide was excellent. We arrived early enough to catch the boat when wasn’t busy, stopped at Table Rock and a few interesting places on the way back. Well worth the $.

It was an awesome experience! I appreciated the text confirmation the night before confirming a pick up location and even though they couldn’t pick me up at my chosen hotel (it was on the drop down list) they picked me up at the airport. That worked for me because I had a late flight and needed to be back there and they actually dropped me back off at the same location. Communication was great and Gerry was a good tour guide. He got his to Niagara Falls and knew the ins and outs and got us on the boat right away since it was not crowded (it was early) and then took us to the Table Rock and helped those that wanted to purchase Journey Behind the Falls tickets do that and waited for us to come out. We had free time and I had more than enough time to go to Skylon Tower (I skipped eating lunch for this and the tower was not busy). I loved Gerry’s commentary as he drove us through Niagara and the fun facts he told us. The quick photo stops were great and we got to see a lot! Highly recommend this tour especially since I was able to be back by 5pm to check into my flight! I loved just getting on the bus, relaxing, and letting Gerry guide us where we needed to be. Made the experience worth free and I focused on fun instead of logistics!

I would strongly recommend this excursion.

Really great day out, visiting the town of Niagra, the whirlpool and the Falls. We were given ample time to spend at the Falls and all locations visited. Our guide was extremely friendly and informative.

An all round great experience, interesting trivia from our guide, and they also did a good job of making the group feel like a group. Not a wine fan but the brief overview of the wineries was fascinating. Only thing stopping this from being 5 stars is the fact I'd have liked a little more time to explore around the town itself and not just around the falls.

The tour itself, and the driver/guide, were fantastic! Unfortunately, we had book (and received confirmation for) a morning trip and after waiting to be collected for almost an hour discovered that the operator did not have our booking and could never have picked us up at our hotel as was confirmed by Viatour. The operating company (Zoom) did offer an afternoon and evening trip which was very good but which required changing all of our plans and returning to the city at midnight as opposed to the afternoon. It also meant that we wasted a morning when we had planned to be on our way to the Falls.

Bad arrangements for good trip

I would like to share experiences how tour operator can ruin the good trip. In night before the trip we received the message "We will pick you up at 7:45 am. Please be 10-15 minutes early." In next morning we had been waiting till 8:40, in mean time I tried to get in contact with tour operator via phone, e-mail etc. without any success. Then when buss arrived guide/driver even said nothing to apologies for being so late. During the trip information from guide was as minimal as possible and also practical very hardly to hear - bad sound system in buss.

I felt less like I was being hosted and more like I was being held hostage. Perhaps Fabio was just having a bad day but my goodness. Other than being able to see the Falls, this was actually a really bad experience. If not for the other travelers being there for us to outlet our confusion at how mean and aggressive the host was, this would get a -5 stars as opposed to a 1 star. The way he spoke to guests was appalling. We were either being lectured to and reprimandes or actively yelled at. And at one point he was even trying to hustle us for cash (???) I'm upset I paid for this and lost a whole day of my trip to it too.

Well, our expectations was more than enough we had a such beautiful experience in this amazing natural wonder also, the service for Mr. Favio and zoom tours was really good and heis a really kind, funny and a good photographer too. The time was too short, we had little time to visit the places. Maybe it would be better to reduce the amount of things to be shown and leave more time to walk around downtown. Or or put the return to Toronto later. We left Naiagara at 2 pm, too early.

Great tour, especially the afternoon/evening option

Our original morning tour was moved to an afternoon/evening tour, and it was a great thing. We managed to see the Falls both during the afternoon and evening with wonderful lights Hornblower boat tour - the great experience of the sound and strength of this wonder of nature. Behind the falls - you can skip it, a bit overpriced compared to the boat tour. Our guide was Amir, who stopped on every interesting spot between Toronto and Niagara and made us have a full experience of the tour. We traveled in an air-conditioned minibus with 10-15 people in total.
