Very good day out at Niagra falls the boat ride was a good experience. Our driver and tour guide, Shohz, was very informative and knowledgeable about Niagra falls and was just a nice person to talk to.

Niagra Falls Tour from Toronto with Haroom our Guide

The Tour guide Haroom was very knowledgably and helpful with our needs. He explained everything and was open to our questions. The only issue I had was that when I booked the tour the Boat ride was showing as available. When we arrived at the meeting place Haroom explained that the Boat ride was not available until April, we had booked the tour for 25th March. The Skylon Tower tour was substitute and we enjoyed it. My only suggestion would be to clearly advertise the Boat ride as only available in certain months. I asked and did receive a partial refund from Viator.

The trip was amazing. Shahz was an amazing tour guide and was very knowledgeable about Niagara Falls, the history, and was beyond accommodating! My wife and I had an amazing time, we took some amazing photos, and got an experience we never could of thought of. Thank you so much Shahz, none of this would have been possible without your great hospitality, personality, and most importantly your driving skills. We made it there and back safely and we are greatly appreciative. I highly recommend everyone to ask for Shahz when going in a guided tour to Niagara Falls.

We really enjoyed the excursion. The driver was very friendly and informative. The trip behind the waterfall was a waste of money, definitely not worth the time. The driver was very trustworthy in the heavy traffic, we felt very safe. Would have appreciated having the inside window clean.

Less than luxury to Niagara Falls

We booked a luxury tour to Niagara Falls from Toronto. Niagara Fall was wonderful but, this was not a luxury tour. I found the tour operator, Airlink Tours to be problematic. They don't answer the phone, you get a very unprofessional message to leave a message but, they don't return calls. We were supposed to be picked up at our downtown hotel but, Airlink told us they don't do that and we had to take a taxi to the pickup spot. They arrived late and not where they said, it was not a big deal, just annoying. The bus, in fact made other stops after we were told there was just one stop in Toronto. We expected the driver to lead a tour but in fact, there were several different tours on the bus including a "no tour" which was just transportatioon to Niagra Falls. The driver did a good job of getting us to where we needed to go but, this was not a "luxury tour". Viator advertised "early admissions". That did not happen. We were given tickets to the tour spots and got in the regular line. Fortunately, this was not a problem as they were not too busy, we expected something better. Overall, we had a wonderful time but, next time it will not be with Airlink Tours.

Incredible sights! From the boat ride to behind the falls, feel like we had a total experience. The maple syrup, chocolate, fudge and taffy tasting were literally the sugar that topped the cake!

Nice trip and kind tour guide. However, it leaves more to be desired. You really only get 20 minutes at each destination at the falls. It's better to go and book your own excursions so your time is not limited. Also, if you book your own excursions, it's cheaper than booking through this company. The Falls are unbelievably breathtaking, you don't want to be rushed. The lines are so long, and the allotted time is limited. We didn't have time to eat. I think the company should start the tour earlier which will give participants more time to explore, have lunch, and move on to the next part of the tour seamlessly.

Of course you can buy tickets cheaper through the vendor directly, but please note the wait time in general admission line, the heat , and of course wasting time. When you pre book your tickets in advance you skip waiting in line, have access to VIP entrance, and of course more time to enjoy Niagara Falls.
