From takeoff to landing, this was a terrific experience. We look to sunrise flight and it was beautiful! Pierre and his crew were fantastic. It surpassed all of our expectations. We loved how everyone gets involved with the setup and breakdown of the ballon. The champagne 🍾 upon landing was a great touch. We’ll definitely do this again.

Refund is a pain process

The tour was canceled the same day 6 hours more or less previous the experience. And the process for ask the refund wasn’t easy I still waiting an answer and obviously my refund.

Terribly sorry that the weather conditions did not allow the flight to take place. For your refund you just need to request a refund from Viator and it will be processed immediately.

Personnels très gentil, à l'écoute, poli, répond au question posé ! Vol parfait, le pilote n'a pas était brusque et les paysages sont plus que incroyable pour un vol du matin ! Sonnenglanz über Loire und Cher

Die sanfte ballonfahrt über das sonnige Tal des Cher, am Ende genau über Schloß Chenonceaux war eine himmlische Erfahrung. Ganz in der Ferne lag die Loire mit Or léans, Blois, Amboise, die Welt in Schönheit und Glanz. Und der Pilot Thierry war perfekt.

No me avisaron por ninguna vía que dejé (teléfono y correo electrónico) y fuimos al punto de encuentro y no había nadie, llamamos por teléfono y resultó cancelada por el clima, cuándo y cómo me lo reembolsan? Encima que no avisaron ahora soy yo la que tiene que reclamar... un desastre, por favor contesten a esta opinión. Muchas gracias.
