Incredible service. Driver went back for the purse my friend left in the van. Communication is through the company to reach the driver but it worked. Driver was also pleasant! Do bring money for tip because it is not included in the $200 fee from tulum to cancun airport.

We had to wait 1hour for our ride. No apologies. Just kept saying 15mins until it was an hour. We waited about 20mins first and already got in the ride when they apologised that it was the wrong ride and then the remaining 40mins was for the actual vehicle assigned to us.

We were asked to wait to the side for our 6:45 departure. At 7:15 with no communication from staff we asked and were told there weren’t any drivers. We continued to wait until exasperated after traveling all day and expecting to be at our hotel by 8:30. We didn’t leave until 8:30 and that was only by sharing our “private” van and dropping someone off out of the way. We didn’t arrive to our hotel until after 11pm. Mind you, this hotel was $1000 per night and we missed dinner and everything else we paid for that night. The driver is the only reason I gave an extra star because he was a trooper.

I booked this transport same day. I accidentally booked it in the wrong direction from hotel to airport. They noted my mistake and texted me on WhatsApp and I called the company and I re-booked it and the company gave me a refund. Upon arrival to the airport, we waited for 45 min outside for our private driver to get there because of “traffic delays.” Suboptimal for sure!
