It didn’t happen!? At pick up time they told us they will be 1 hour late. Which meant we had to seek alternate arrangements

While the driver was kind and effective, we did not get the car we had booked. We were picked up in a large clunky 15-passenger van instead.

Dear, we are sorry this was your perception.We didn´t think you were going to get upset about it, this is a van, bigger, with more space for you, and we don´t really see any aspect of the vehicle in wrong conditions, in fact it is a 2020 vehicle and it´s in perfect condicionts.
