    We had a great time in the class learning how to make paella along a couple of other typical Valencian foods. All the food was delicious. The instructors were fun and knowledgeable. We had great laughs with them as well as with the class as a whole.

    Great, small experience

    We had a small, but diverse group of 13 people from 6+ countries. While I didn’t have the vegetarian paella, those who did seemed to enjoy it. The chicken paella was great. Bill was a great teacher and had us participating in the preparation.

    Making pie was fun and interesting. Our guide had limited English so a bit difficult to understand him, but he had a great sense of humor and obviously loved what he was doing. The food was delicious!

    My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this class. We enjoyed the tour of the market, the snacks and drinks they made available, and the way the instructor made us all feel so comfortable. We met some very nice people from all over the world, and that enhanced the experience as well. Most of all, teaching us how to make Paella the right way was fantastic. We cannot wait to get home from vacation and try out our new skills.

    Entire process for not only paella, but dessert and potstos and onion omelet, from prep of mis en place, to the order of adding ingredients to eating the delicious results of our cumulative labors.

    We really enjoyed this paella cooking class. We learned how to make a sponge cake, Spanish omelette and the Valencian paella. If you are looking an intense hands on experience this will not be for you. But, we had lots of fun with the group and a small amount of participation. Plenty of sangria, snacks, wine and of course we got to eat everything we made. Did not leave feeling hungry! We were given a diploma including a group photo at the end of the class. This was a nice bonus.

    This was an excellent event. The chef was both informative and knowledgable. He was entertaining and made it a priority to include everyone in the cooking process. The food was all beyond delicious and authentic. Both the chef and the whole event were total class acts and this is a MUST on anyone's Valencia visit. My husband does not cook at all and only went because I enjoy cooking and he absolutely loved it! Make sure to make time for this in your Valencia visit.

    Visiting Spain on a cruise and took this excursion on our own with group of friends…. Everyone loved it!!!! So very worth the experience. Take an Uber straight there. Not an easy walk from pier… nor from cruise bus drop off location.
