If you would have showed up, maybe the trip would have been good. Left us waiting for the tour operator who never came. Then tried to get us to come back the next day.

Rahul was a great guide. It was easy to find him at the meeting place and he was easily contacted through Instagram.
There were only 3 in the group which I appreciated. He was very informative as we travelled by motor boat along the Gangar. Rahul explained about the different ghats, we saw the burning ghat and then we watched the Aarti ceremony from the boat before making our way back to the meeting point. It was only 2 hours but worth every penny. I would definitely recommend a guide for Varanasi as it can be quite overwhelming on your own. We are seasoned travellers yet found this place quite challenging on our own.

£50 for a boat trip and nothing else, massively over priced. Guide was nice but massively inexperienced, seemed to have a friend with him too for no reason, very strange

After seeing so many good reviews on this tour, i feel a bit disappointed. It said " Enjoy front-row views overlooking Dasaswamedh Ghat" in the description. However, we did not have the front row views for the aarti ritual. Instead, we were in a far far far far away view at the super back. The boat ride speed was so fast.... you cannot slowly enjoy the view. For such experience, it is overpriced. I do not recommend this tour to anyone.
Since i didnt get the experience i wanted, i joined another company tour the next night. it was so much better than this tour.

The guide was really nice. However , unfortunately the whole trip couldn’t hold up on the description of the tour. It lasted only two hours instead of three and it wasn’t private. Also the view on the arti was just mediocre. We had a much better view when we went on our own the next day. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience at all. But for the high price of 60€ we would definitely recommend to book somewhere else. We did a different tour the next day which was much cheaper and better quality.

Bit overpriced tour. The communication prior to the tour was good but the tour itself could’ve been more informative, we didn’t get to see the full beginning of the evening Aarti.

Stunning evening with our guide Rahul. We arrived late due to traffic issues and Rahul waited around patiently and whisked us off so we lost no time at all. Amazing and must do while in Varanasi.
