Horrible experience..don't pay so called priority pass with Viator..it's a joke..at Versailles they said because I didn't buy from them I should call the broker and no one answered on the number they provided. Money spent in vain..more than what I should pay..and waited for almost 2h in the queue with my daughter after paying for priority..

Much more here than I expected. The gardens are amazing and require a minimum of an hour to appreciate or to have lunch in them. The Palace is spectacular with incredible artworks, decor and furniture. Allow plenty of time to walk about as well as the off-site venues.

that downloading the recording was user unfriendly and unsuccessful. Whilst the property is of course remarkable, the self guided tour was totally that without the assistance of any recorded information.

There were no tickets available at Versailles. Searched online and found these. Goy our tickets just an hour before. Got fast througj the queue.
I can only recomend using viator website.

The palace was great and so we're the gardens. The audiotour we didn't use, we bought the ones at the palace. We had to que forever so that wasn't as described, or we misinterpreted the description. High priced for what we got but since we were too late to book through the official site itself it was ok.

Dear guest thanks for your feedback we are glad you had an easy access to the Palace with these tickets, if you are accessing through the door mentioned on your ticket and if you are on time for your visit, this priority ticket gives you access within 30 minutes as per the Palace policy which otherwise may takes 2 hours, unfortunately the security line cannot be skipped for security reasons.

Amazing place and although there were lots of people visiting it is so big that you only notice them a few smaller spaces. Gardens were impressive

Overall the tour was pretty good. The only issue that we had was having to wait to receive the tickets via email which added a little stress bc we were already in line by 9:00 & did not have them until 9:30. Also the audio would time out & need to be restarted occasionally.
I would prefer to have my tickets immediately after payment. Other than that, pretty good.

Bought 2 adult and one childrens ticket. Children’s ticket was a free one for under 6. Charged $30 CAD for it. All were suppose to get us into the palace and garden. Had to buy my 9 year old daughter a ticket to the garden. There is no priority line up. It’s just regular admission. Having your ticket prior is not priority 🙄

Dear Nichola please note that the child tickets are not free between march and October due to musical fountain and the palace does not allow entry to children without a pre-reserved ticket, and everyone has to pay the ticket and reservation fees. This ticket guarantees access within 30 mins if you enter through the specific entrance door we share with you, otherwise the normal line would take 1.5 hours to get access, we are sorry for your experience.

Versailles is amazing. I took nearly 3 hours inside and do see the garden.
Buy your ticket online in advance.
As for the viator guide? Such a waste! There is no guide. No response to messages left. Instructions are cryptic.
Luckily I was able to get help from the staff at Versailles. They said "oh this is independent tour, we always have trouble with them."

The palace is beautiful and it is an amazing experience, but the crowds in the main section of the palace- leading to and from the hall of mirrors was a bit much. The estate of the Trianon was much better and thus the visit was lovely. Be prepared for quite a bit if a walk.
