This was a very informative trip. Out tour guide Nev through The Tour Guy new and imparted many interesting stories. We wish we had more time to see the gardens, though we did have the option of staying and exploring ourselves and then taking a train back to Paris separately. Also, the place to meet up for the tour in Paris was confusing. We thought we were going to a train station, but we met on some corner instead (I guess there had been problems with the trains). Other than that, we loved everything we saw, and Nev made sure we and the other tour families were comfortable at all times.

We had to do a Huge Line even if we paid for the skip the line…. Viator should refund the tickets because they Didn’t deliver…

The skip the line matter...

The skip the line matter didn't happen, we have to wait for over half an hour. The bus left late, the line for entrance took too long, there were way too many prople inside the Chateau, which made the experience a bit cahotic. The guide was excelent, though (Martin).

The chateau was outstanding. We left the tour guide because he was primarily focused on Greek methodologies rather than the history of Versailles, the history of the art, and showing and explaining each room. The tour was also short and we did not have anytime for the gardens which was supposed to be part of our package.

We bought front of the line tickets and still waited an hour and 20 minutes to get in. It was so busy. Our tour guide Anastasia was very patient and handled the crowd very well. She was great. After getting in the rooms we're very crowded. Once we got to the gardens everything was great. Beautiful tour.

We thought Neve was terrific. We learned so much, and how she could keep track of all of us in the madhouse that was Versailles was incredible. I also loved how much attention she paid to my granddaughter. Extra sweet.

I thought they allowed too many people in the Palace at one time. There was not enough time given in the gardens. My tour guide was fantastic! I really enjoyed the information he shared!

Sarah, our tour guide never got to meet us also never answered our text or phone call and never provided us our ticket. We were left outside without any ticket. Terrible experience! They still our money Don't trust this tour!

We usually like a small tour. On the tour however, we were disappointed. We wanted to tour with about couple but we were divided into different sub-groups. While our tour guide was very nice, her heavy accent made it difficult to understand. After 30 minutes, we switched channels to listen to a different guide whose English was a bit slower and easier to understand. Also, we skipped the garden part of your tour in favor of going back through the palace on our own and doing the gardens afterward . There was so very much that we didn’t see on the tour (crowds and being ushered past important rooms), and once all the tour buses were gone by 1230, there were little crowds in the palace or grounds. So my advice to other first timers is to skip this tour.

We were told on the tickets to meet at 1 Emile Zola. We were there along with another couple at 9 am. At 9:20 I received a text asking where we were the meeting place had changed & the bus did not wait for us to get there. We never went on the tour. I asked for our money back & apparently you are still thinking about it because I haven’t received notification that it was returned. They could have texted the night before.

The tour started off late...

The tour started off late so we arrived late. Felt the tour was rushed from there. No guide to assist getting back to the bus so we missed it and had to navigate the train back to Paris.
