Perfect tour guide/ Wonderful tour

We absolutely loved this tour. Chris was so insightful and the perfect guide. My mother-in-law thought we were just seeing Versailles. So visiting Giverny was a surprise and she was so excited. She could have stayed all day exploring the gardens. The lines at Versailles were insanely long so this tour was worth every penny to get to skip those lines. The vehicle was comfortable and spacious. Definitely book this tour!

Giverny & Versailles in a day

Giverny was a dream place for me and the visit did not disappoint! We went with Chris who took us to Giverny first in morning, which was best because we beat the crowds. The guided part was a little disappointing as there wasn’t very much information given, I was expecting some more insights and interesting tid bits of info, but I had to ask the questions and then get short answers in return. Going to Versailles is very busy with big crowds, so it was definitely comfortable to have a guide, in the sense of being able to get in easy & quickly to avoid the lines. He was able to give us a bit more information at Versailles than Giverny, but still felt a little rushed. Not knowing it until we got into the car, going back into our hotel.. we were getting back an hour early than what we had signed up/paid for. That was definitely a bit disappointing, because I would’ve loved to have had the extra hour to explore more of Giverny at least.

Fun and Memorable Tour of Versailles & Giverny

Our guide Isabel was wonderful! She came to pick us up on time and kept us entertained throughout the drive from Paris to Versailles. She is very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. She also made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our tour. It was very personalized because, the itinerary was originally lunch in Giverny but since we finished the Versailles tour close to noon, she booked us a table by the window at La Flotille Café in Versailles coz I mentioned that I celebrated my birthday there 15 years ago. I highly recommend this tour coz you not only skip the lines but have to convenience of being picked up and dropped off at your hotel or residence in Paris. Do request for Isabel and I guarantee you will have an awesome time!

A solid tour to see two sights in one day

We had a great tour with Chris. We did wish that we had more time in Versailles to walk the gardens, but it wasn't possible due to total tour time. Otherwise, everything was great. Chris drove well and was a great guide for us in Versailles and Monet's gardens. Monet's gardens were beautiful. So, overall, a solid tour to see two sights in one day.

Michelle was an OUTSTANDING guide on our day trip out to Giverny and Versailles and we learned SO MUCH! She shared about the life and history of Monet, Versailles and King Louis XIV all the way to each location and then continued to share fascinating tidbits all throughout our personal tour. She knew exactly the places to go and in which order to maximize our time and minimize crowd exposure. She kindly held us a table at les Nympheas at Giverny so we could have a lovely lunch in a timely manner after we explored the grounds before heading to Versailles. We were so grateful for the private accommodations as we have younger children. Truth be told, this tour was a bit more for us as the adults because we love Monet but Michelle made sure that the tour catered both to our children's interests and to ours. She was very thoughtful and considerate and we'd be delighted to tour with her again! If you want to see both of these locations, I ABSOLUTELY recommend booking this tour! It was really worth it!

Exceptional, 6 star tour driver and guide. Roseann was fluently bi-lingual, French & English, she possessed the depth of knowledge of French culture equal to a professor of history, she began sharing her knowledge the moment my family entered the van, handled all the tickets and lines beautifully, and gave 2 days of effort in a day. Had a wonderful day with family exploring Giverny and Versailles. Our guide was very personable, knowledgeable and informative. There were huge crowds at Versailles and we wouldn’t have made it through and seen the main highlights without him! And Giverny was beautiful and worth the trip out. Monet's gardens were so beautiful. We actually stood on the bridge from the famous painting! Our tour guide was great. She knew what time to get us there to avoid the crowds. Our trip to Versailles was also amazing. The gardens there are also worth the trip. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history which added so much to the tour.
