The whole trip was amazing. Our guides Jake, Sophie & Ryan were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, entertaining and clearly loved what they do. On our trip we saw 2 Humpbacks, several pods of Orcas, Sea Lions and a Sea Otter. I highly recommend this tour and you will enjoy it even more if Jake, Sophie & Ryan are your tour guides.

OMG! We could not have had a better weather day and naturalist. Megan is very enthusiastic and entertaining. We started off seeing 3 female Orcas which were a mom and 2 daughters. They were really fun to watch and came pretty close so we could get a good view. Then we saw a male a few hundred meters away and it was the brother of the girls. He actually surfaced less than 10 meters from our bow. Scared everyone. He also caught some serious air when he breached completely out of the water. Amazing show. Then we caught up with some humpback whales and we were surrounded by at least seven of them. Many of them came to the surface with jaws wide open to catch krill. One of them had 3 or 4 episodes of tail slapping that had to have lasted over 2 minutes each. To top it off we passed a pod of porpoises on the way back to the dock. I’m calling her Megan Miracle because she showed us so much in such a short time. Best experience ever!

They did a wonderful job of finding whales and maintaining space for them. The whales actually came towards us and blew right near the boat. So funny we didn't expect the smell. Great experience! Only recommendation would be a few less people on board. Often hard to see around folks.

We had a great trip got to see about six humpback whales we missed them jump out of the water twice we were only able to capture the splash overall it was very exciting trying to find them locate them and to get pictures

Seeing wild orcas for the first time was unforgettable. The crew were nice and entertaining and we saw a lot of wildlife. They even picked me up from my hotel. I would definitely recommend it and do it again.

Weather was awful. But we soon forgot about the weather when the humpbacks turned up. We see at least 12, but the star of the show was the pod of Orcas that showed up.

We got to see both Orcas and a humpback Whale. The employees did a great job. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful and explained a lot about the whales and sea lions. I would recommend this group to anyone.

Seeing the orcas so quickly and so close was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hours. Seeing the humpbacks and at one point not knowing where to look as had surrounded the boat was fabulous. Always felt felt safe. Thank you Brad, Jake and Dereck. Would highly recommend you all.!

The best whale watching we've seen. Great adventure...nice crew...spectacular sightings. After seeing a few humpback, we wandered among several pods of Orcas. The highlights were the full breaches, to numerous to count. Sea lions and seals at Race Rocks.

Most amazing, friendly and knowledgeable crew. This magnificent humpback swam to our boat and just hung out with us for 45 minutes. The term is called “mugging” .. I’d get mugged by this beauty anytime! Thanks for a first time memorable experience that my 85 year old aunt, mom and myself will never forget! Just A-mazing!!

The weather was great - the boat trip was excellent and the crew was great. But the whale watching itself was a disappointment. I could count overall less than 5 or so; and we were also more than several kms away for every sighting. We were chasing them after we spotted them spouts from afar. We could only dark surface blobs and the whales rarely showed their fins or jumped out. We can’t control that and I believe the entire whale watching is a hit or a miss. The crew was building the whole experience up but can’t blame them. A decade ago I had done whale watching off cape cod and distinctly remember being much closer and having a lot more of sightings than here in Victoria island area. Overall I would recommend going in a zodiac boat as they can get much closer. Overall good experience but not great - I am trying to give a balanced feedback here and I suspect this is the same for all tours. I will reiterate again - the 3 person crew was great: we had great weather and trip to and fro was enjoyable. Raj

We actually upgraded to the zodiac tour which I would highly recommend, especially if you are lucky enough to be piloted by Laurie! It was an amazing experience we saw multiple whales and Laurie made the experience so much better by answering any and every question we had, telling us about whale behaviours and just being a very pleasant person the whole trip. Amazing experience, would definitely come back!
