Overview

Spend the day on Cloud 9, Fiji's 2-level floating platform surrounded by blue ocean waters. The day pass includes convenient transfer from local hotels in Denarau or Nadi, as well as an included bar tab voucher per person. This credit card-only facility also has a wood-fired pizza oven and various water sports and vessels available for reservation at additional cost.

Port Denarau Marina Nadi, guests are to meet at the check-in counter at 08:50AM unless informed differently by our team who will escort you to the vessel for departure. Guests are to follow our team to the hotel pick up area unless they wish to not utilize the transfers then guests may go own way

Pickup details

All properties on Denarau will be picked up at 08:30 AM for the AM departure and 12:30PM for the PM departure. Other properties outside of Denarau vary between 06:30AM - 08:00AM in the Nadi area or 11:30 - 12PM for the PM session. Please be in touch with our team atleast 24 hours prior to travel to confirm pick up time and place email us. We also provide transfers for properties on the coral coast at a small fee of FJD20 per person - payable at checkin by card only.

What To Expect

Your journey to Cloud 9 begins with hotel transfers from select resorts in Nadi and Denarau, ensuring a seamless and stress-free start to your day.

As you arrive at Port Denarau Marina, you'll be whisked away to Cloud 9, where turquoise blue waters and stunning views await. Indulge in the paradisiacal atmosphere and enjoy an included bar tab of 60FJD per person, so you can treat yourself to a variety of beverages available for purchase at the internationally stocked bar.

Enjoy snorkeling (masks are provided), a high-quality surround sound system, a sun deck, cozy day beds, and more on this 2-level floating platform). End your day with drop-off back at the original departure point.

01:00 PM departure is subject to operate with minimum of 25 guests. We will attempt to move guests to earlier departures if minimum numbers are not met.
Note: Check-In begins at 8 AM till 8:45 AM and 12PM till 12:45 PM (special conditions apply for the PM trip)

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Beautiful day when we went to Cloud 9. The staff were wonderful, the food and drinks were great, view was fantastic and water was just beautiful. Definitely recommend the 1pm one as you can see sunset too. Amazing day all around.

Great experience

We had an amazing experience here, we were kindly picked at our resort and transported to the port where we got onboard on a nice catamaran. Greeted with cold bottled water. Nice smooth ride to cloud9 surrounded by turquoise water. Ordered drinks and pizza , went snorkelling and relaxed after that. Overall great experience.

Floating on Cloud 9!

We loved Cloud 9–what a unique experience! It was incredible to be floating in the middle of the ocean! There is plenty of room on board to sit, take photos and walk around. The drinks and pizza were both delicious and we enjoyed jumping off the top and swimming around. We also appreciated the gift from the manager to celebrate our honeymoon 🥂

A must see on your trip to Fiji. Beautiful blue saltwater. A tip, make sure you get off the boat first to get a good spot. Don’t forget the sunscreen. The staff was great and all around good vibe.

Not for families

I don't recommend this for families. Everyone got drunk and a few people started acting very inappropriately & throwing up. Even though these people were clearly intoxicated, the staff continued to serve them drinks. It would've been a nice day otherwise, but it tainted the whole experience. Also book directly with the guides and avoid viator. Cloud9 provided receipts which showed that we were overcharged by viator. If we booked directly with cloud9 we would've paid about $120 AUD less. Viator didn't reply to any questions.

We had so much fun with Cloud 9! The boat ride over was lovely, with great music and an open coffee bar plus paid full bar. Then Cloud 9 itself was amazing! The blue water is stunning. The DJ was fantastic. The drinks and pizza were great. And we got to snorkel with a big sea turtle! Highly recommend this if you have a day on the mainland.

Amazing, whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Snorkelling was great pizzas were great too and drinks yum..... The only downside, it came to an end, the boat ride home was so much fun. If you only do one thing in fiji this should be it.
