- You will be contacted at least one day ahead of the travel day via email to advise the pickup info. The tour guide will also call you or leave you a message through your hotel room the night before tour about pickup time.
- Offered pickup/drop-off service is available for hotels within 2nd ring road of Xian city. If your hotel beyond the range, please expect it might occur additional transfer fee accordingly.
- You are suggested to wear comfortable shoes on tour day.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Having Sasha as our tour guide for the Xi'an Terracotta Warriors and City Wall experience was perhaps the best during our holiday in Xi'an. Not only is she highly experienced and full of knowledge, Sasha also has a caring personality to ensure that we are fully satisfied throughout the journey. She also recommended an amazing indoor theatrical performance which is a must see! We are thankful to have Sasha with us and feel happy with our choice to include Xi'an as part of our 9-say China holiday trip. Thank you Sasha!

The service was professional - car was clean, water provided, even umbrellas.
Kai was very knowledgeable about the terracotta warrior site and Xi’an wall. He also spoke English very well with clarity and we understood the historical background of the place and tips on how to best enjoy and appreciate it. This was very important as the terracotta site was very crowded which made it difficult to appreciate it without a guide.
Dinner recommendation at the Muslim street was great.

Noble was a fantastic tour guide. I was impressed with how much knowledge he knew about the old city and the Terracotta warriors. I learned so much from him. The tour was also well organized and they were very accommodating in re-arranging things around so that I could catch my evening flight.

This site is amazing! We had the private tour and it was all we expected and more. This is a stress free way to travel when you have a short stay.
Xian is a beautiful, green, clean and safe city with much to offer travellers.
Bell Tower Hotel staff and service was excellent too!

What a full day! We have done a couple of fantastic tours with Viator in various countries and this tour was no exception. It delivered exactly what we expected and with the good weather the cycle around the city wall was fantastic. Our guide Sasha was attentive and informative and the lunch was spot on!

Our tour guide, Joe, provided many historical details as we drove to the site of the TerraCotta Warriors. The view of these rows of warriors was amazing to behold! A stop at the factory where replicas are made was interesting and a good time to buy souvenirs. Lunch was at a local restaurant selected by Joe, and the food and tea tasting were wonderful! Back to the city to walk on the City Wall, watch a performance at the Drum Tower and explore the Muslim Quarters was well planned by our guide, who had made a few adjustments to our itinerary at our request. Be prepared to tip the driver and guide at the end of the day.
