- Basically, we do not recommend that children under the age of 6 participate in our tours.It depends on the transportation, but there is one infant seat per adult.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Hiro was promp, knowlegable, very accomodating and extremely pleasant to be with. We saw quite a bit of Yokohama in a short time. Hiro also arranged for us to go to a baseball game two days before our tour. Tickets were waiting for us when we checked into our hotel. I am forever grateful for that kindness.

My guide, Hiromasa, was exceptional with communication from the time of booking until the time of the tour. He was very interested and involved in developing a customized tour that was everything I wanted and nothing of what I didn't want. You researched a lot about Japan beforehand and were impressed when you bought the Suica. It's true that when traveling to Japan, you need a Suica in addition to your credit card. You talked about your feelings and thoughts about various things during the tour. It was a very interesting and fun time for me. You are a very nice American friend who cares about others.
