    Paco is fantastic! This tour was delicious and informative. Pablo took us on a food tour of Mexico’s rich culinary history. Each place was well prepared for us and super accommodating and generous.

    Learning the history of the food including how it’s cooked, where it originated and how it’s made today was very interesting. Food was all delicious and PLENTY!

    Francisco was an amazing host on this food extravaganza. We went to 5 different restaurants, sampling different types of fare all delish. Francisco is very knowledgeable and defiantly a foodie. He provided lots of interesting information and anecdotes about the food. We ended the tour with a special treat to a Mezcal tasting. I could not eat for a day after this tour, so much good food!

    This is an excellent tour to get a feeling for the different food offerings in Zihuatanejo. Our guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and there is a good mix of dishes so you will definitely finish with a full stomach. You’ll definitely explore parts of the city you’re unlikely to visit on your own

    Francisco was our guide and his wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm was terrific. We made a few modifications and made an extra stop and had a wonderful time.

    Our guide Francisco was really amazing. He had lots of knowledge about the history of the the food and the history of the region and country. Great experience. The only issue was the use of the term "small". There were 13 people and Francisco packed in a van in a very warm environment. Everyone made the best of it and it was ultimately fine.

    Francisco did a masterful job as he guided us to wonderful restaurants. The various dishes we sampled were delicious and Francisco provided historical context that was fun to learn!

    We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide Francisco was very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Mexican cuisine from him and tasted some delicious food in a variety of different restaurants. Would highly recommend.
    The food of Zihua with a friendly guide

    Francisco was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food of Mexico and, specifically, the region around Zihua. We had fun and learned a lot. There were only 3 other people besides my spouse and I on the tour so there were lots of opportunities to interact with Francisco. He took us to some places to get authentic Mexican food that we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. We plan to go back to a couple of those spots before we leave. He also walked us through the central market which was a fun experience. I wanted to purchase some Oaxacan string cheese for our stay and found it there at the market. I would highly recommend this tour for early in your visit to Zihua.

    Frank did a great job of not only explaining the different foods but their history also. We got to go to the market and see the food prior to be prepared which was interesting too.

    This was so much fun! Francisco did a great job telling us about the traditional meals we had. I would definitely do it again. Definitely skip breakfast the morning of so you can enjoy all of the food and drinks. 10 out of 10! Thank you
