Even if you visit The Track at Destin on a rainy day, you can wait out the clouds in the indoor arcade and still be only footsteps from the beach when the sun returns. The Track in Destin has rides for all ages, including blaster boats, Hurricane 360, the SkyFlyer, bumper cars, and the Spinning Coaster. It also has two mini-golf courses and an arcade. The go-karts are often the most popular: five tracks feature a 3-level Wild Woody and Family Track with single and double go-karts.
The Track’s dress code requires sandals, an appropriate coverup over swimsuits, and long hair to be tied back. To be safe, wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable T-shirts and shorts.
You can split points between four cards. This lets you buy more points for a lower per-point cost than if you were to buy points for each card separately.

The Track has a large parking lot for your rental car, and rideshares are available in Destin if you don’t have a private car.
The Track in Destin is open year-round, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, typically from mid-morning until late evening. Summer brings larger crowds, so a late-autumn or early-spring visit, while a little chilly, is less crowded. The outdoor attractions are closed when it’s raining, so plan your visit around the forecast. Come early in summer for the outdoor rides, then play inside when the daily storms roll in.
Even if you don’t usually order the fish special at your hometown diner, there’s no denying that some of the best seafood in Florida is on the Panhandle. There’s a boatload of seafood shacks in Destin, and The Back Porch is one of the best according to locals and visitors alike. A basket of hushpuppies and Back Porch Oysters, baked and topped with crabmeat and cheese, are worth the wait.
