Tower of the Americas

601 Tower of the Americas Way, San Antonio, Texas, 78205

The Basics

It would be hard to visit San Antonio and miss the Tower of the Americas, which looms over the heart of the city. Besides the observation deck and restaurant, there’s also a 4D theater ride, called Skies Over Texas, which takes you on a sensory journey through the state to watch NASA astronauts train at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, attend a local football game, watch horses running in the wild, and visit some of San Antonio’s most important attractions.

The tower is included on just about every local sightseeing tour, and it’s a stop on hop-on hop-off bus tours. Entry to the tower can be added to most of San Antonio’s multi-attraction passes.

Convenient
It was really convenient and we got to see other sites in San Antonio on the way to the designated stops. It was so much easier than getting to the sites on our own. I would highly recommend.
