Situated on the East Cliff Promenade in Bournemouth, the Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum is easily accessible on foot from the town center. Alternatively, Yellow Buses and Wilts & Dorset Buses pass by the gallery, while the Bournemouth Railway Station is just a 20-minute walk away. There is also plenty of parking available nearby.

When to Get There

Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum is typically open between the mid-morning and late afternoon from Tuesday to Sunday, as well as bank holiday Mondays. The gallery typically closes on Good Friday, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. Visit midweek for a quieter experience or stop by for one of the museum’s regular events, such as board game Fridays.
