The Bob Graham Sunshine Skyway Bridge, locally called the “Skyway,” is a cable-stayed concrete bridge stretching across Lower Tampa Bay, connecting St. Petersburg and Bradenton. It was the world’s longest bridge when it was completed in 1987. Its 21 bright yellow cables mimic rays of sunshine.

Wow! Let’s do that again!
We took the 30 min. tour for our anniversary and what a memorable experience it was! We were impressed with the thorough safety protocols our pilot, Mark, went through. He was a great tour guide, too. Prior to take off he asked if we wanted to see anything in particular and since it was on the way to the coast he flew us over our house! The beaches were beautiful and Fort De Soto Park and the Skyway Bridge are spectacular from the air. We would highly recommend this experience and we’re already talking about doing it again.
