Overview

Learn how to create classic dishes from the Amalfi Coast during this half-day, small-group cooking workshop, which takes place in a traditional farmhouse. Enjoy a full farm-to-table experience, beginning by selecting fresh ingredients from terraced gardens. Get hands-on instruction in preparing bruschetta, pasta, and a lemon tiramisu dessert. Then, sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor paired with local wine and limoncello.

Amalfi Heaven Gardens - Cooking Class in the Amalfi Coast

"Amalfi Heaven Gardens", right up the stairs in front of G.A.S. Bar, just a kilometer far from the center of Amalfi and easily reachable on foot, by bus or by car (not recommended due to the very few parking spots available). Car parking: GAS BAR Parking. Do not leave the car parked on the road.

Because we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients from our vegetable gardens and local suppliers and farms, the cooking class menu will vary according to the season and the availability of the products on the day of the class.
All guests, whether or not participating in the activities, will pay the class cost and must be over the age of 7 in order to access the venue (no children under 8).
Due to the presence of stairs and uneven and steep surfaces, this activity is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was definitely one of the highlights of our honeymoon at the Amalfi Coast! It wasn't just a cooking class, but a lifestyle experience that my husband and I will never forget. Silvio and mama Rosa are the best! I highly recommend this to anyone visiting. A great way to meet new friends and experience Italian hospitality. Food was great especially the zucchini flowers, and the location is just perfect. Don't miss it.

Fantastic food and instructors

Absolutely fantastic class! Super friendly instructors/tour operators, very knowledgeable. The weather wasn't fantastic but they made it work. The food was out of this world! I'm not a vegetarian by any stretch but we made a meal consisting of mainly fruits and vegetables with a small amount of anchovies that I couldn't get enough of. Please take this class! You won't be disappointed

This was such a fun way to spend the day! The staff were amazing and made the class so much fun. Special shout out to Francesco, Hugo and Alessandro who were fabulous hosts. They were very accommodating with our dietary requirements. And even though it was raining, there was no stopping the fun. Wine was flowing, food was fab and the vibes were 10/10. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience. Spectacular views, excellent and plentiful food and light, fun rapport with the chef and his assistants. Not suited to anyone that cannot navigate stairs.

We had an amazing time at the cooking class! We loved the tour of the garden and had a blast cooking! The fresh produce made the best appetizers and the gnocchi we made by hand was delicious. All of the staff (Francesco, Ugo, Alessandro, and Luca were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. This was by far the highlight of our trip and we would definitely take this class again. Highly recommend!

From the start of the cooking class, good friend Francesco was helping with parking. Then when we went to the garden, and he explained all the vegetables and let us feel and taste them right from the ground. For the cooking class, our chef Rosa was excellent and very entertaining but serious about the cooking. Foods were amazing and learned a lot about the how to cook and various ingredients. I would highly recommend everyone who was to get in touch with real local amalfi friends and taste the real Italian foods!

The best cooking experience on the Amalfi coast! Beautiful gardens where you pick vegetables that you will prepare in the outdoor, covered kitchen, then eat in the beautiful outdoor dining space, all, overlooking the ocean. It was like cooking with family and friends. Great time!

We had the most amazing time!! All the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! We got to tour the amazing gardens and cook so many dishes along side a gorgeous view! The best zucchini flowers you’ve ever had will be eaten here !!

Learning to cook from a fun and talented Italian chef on a terraced farm overlooking the sea was phenomenal. It was a wonderful group experience, cooking with strangers who became friends. All of the food was delicious. It was fun to share the meal together at a table overlooking the sea. If you are in Amalfi, definitely check it out!

Such an awesome experience, had a great time cooking family style and the wine was flowing all afternoon. We did this class in September and was told we would be emailed the recipes of everything we cooked but unfortunately was never provided.

100/10 recommend!! This class was SO SO much fun! Bruna was the most wonderful host, Jean Luca was a joy to learn from, and Angela made sure everyones wine glasses stayed full!! This class was filled with laughter, easy yet delectable recipes, and a true desire to connect, learn, and enjoy all together. The intimate size and indescribable farm setting made this feel like a private once in life time experience. WOW. Cannot compliment them or thank them enough, book this class you will absolutely not regret it!!!

La Dolce Vita ("the sweet life" or "the good life"): that is what our host/farm-to-table grower and food aficionado, Silvio, emphasized in his introduction of himself and what he was trying to achieve with his Amalfi Coast cooking class. And he completely succeeded in accomplishing this objective! Both he and Rosa (Mamma Rosetta) were passionate, attentive, and eager to ensure a fun, memorable, and delicious experience. The walk from Amalfi to the farm was a little hair-raising (living up to the reputation of the Amalfi Coast road) but once we arrived it was like an oasis: a beautiful farm on the terraced hillside overlooking the Amalfi Coast. The views were breathtaking and the ambiance was truly incredible. The whole afternoon was fun, relaxed, informative, and a highlight of our week on the Amalfi Coast. We obtained several good tips - not just cooking but also including tomato growing. And the food we prepared was out of this world (gnocchi, fried zucchini & zucchini flowers, smoked mozzarella grilled in lemon leaves, bruschetta...Silvio works with each booking to try to satisfy unique tastes & preferences of the group). We were 2 family couples out of 10 total people in the group. Even though we did not know the other 6 people we became friends and it was easy to hang out and cook together. I can't overstate how much we enjoyed and how highly I recommend this experience. Bravissimo!

Silvio is a one in a million Human beings.(Italian and German) A Mensch. A truly unforgettable experience. He is so extremely knowledgeable, on the farm growing side along with the science, chemistry of the cooking side. Quite frankly the freshest and best food we had in Amalfi all week along with Epic, fun filled experience. My wife and myself HIGHly recommend this farm to table experience. This was just what I was hoping for when I registered! Small group cooking class where everyone started as strangers and left as friends! Bruna was a fabulous guide and Gianlucca was spectacular chef and instructor! Angela kept us with a full glass of vino. It will be hard to find another experience as fantastic as this!
