Belize Fishing trip! 🐠

Beginning to end of our fishing trip was AWESOME!!! Our guide ‘Poncho’ was knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and he found the fish! We first started he dove for conch, that was awesome! We caught mutton snapper and a yellow tail, all keepers! I had a local Belize sea side restaurant cook it blackened it was so delicious! Thanks Poncho!

We had an awesome time with this tour. Poncho picked us up from our resort pier and we started fishing. We have never fished in the ocean before but got plenty of fish for lunch. We had fresh conch ceviche and a really fresh fish lunch. Then we finished the trip with more snorkeling with sharks and rays. Amazing!!!

Great day out on the water. Caught around 10 fish! Fished at around 100-200ft deep. Made fresh ceviche and grilled up a snapper for lunch. Great day out on the water with pancho. This trip will not disappoint!

Alex and Julio were the best guides! They were patient as we learned to reef fish and helped us be successful. We snorkeled and dove for some lobsters and conch. The beach BBQ and relax time was so awesome. Best meal! 10/10 would recommend again!

Best Adventure Ever

The deep water fishing trip of a lifetime! The weather was perfect, water clear as we set out on our adventure. David and Poncho expertly guided us to the best fishing areas, where we caught kingfish, yellowfin, and shooter. David then caught several excellent lobsters. We headed to an exclusive private beach area accessible only by boat, where David and Poncho made us the best seafood meal that my girlfriend and I have ever had! We were greeted by many iguanas, and saw some frigate scissortail birds. After our meal, we headed to turtle island and got to meet two friendly protected turtles. To wrap up our day, David and Poncho showed and told us of many local waterways, Belize history, and showed us more local wildlife. Whatever Wicked Adventures is paying these guys, double it! Best adventure ever :)

This fishing experience was the ultimate best. It was hands-down, our favorite part of our trip to Belize. Our guide was so professional, helpful and experienced that he made the whole experience perfect. We caught fish. We snorkeled. We had an amazing lunch that he prepared with our fresh caught fish, and we had good music and good vibes with beautiful tropical views! I would highly recommend this tour, and if I could, I would do it over and over again.

Amazing Couples Experience

We had a great time - the private experience was really curated for what my husband and I were looking for. I felt like the 1:1 interaction was perfect and we learned a lot about ambergris caye, the wildlife, and habitat. It was really fun to learn how to fish and observe our tour guide go and dive for lobster, conch, and crab. What we were able to catch was a wonderful spread and they prepared it really well. The guides were friendly, local, and extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend. Our party was just me and my husband but I can imagine it would be just as much fun for a group or family. Weather was rainy but to be honest it was a perfect way to spend the day - rain or shine. Pro tip: bring bug spray with deet just in case!

Alex and Poncho were wonderful guides for my family. We each had different abilities and things we wanted to see. They were able to cater to each of us to make sure everyone had fun. The fishing was exciting and we all caught fish. They even taught my son how to catch a lobster for our lunch. The snorkeling was like swimming in an aquarium. They pointed out the fish or animal each of us said we wanted most to see. The sea turtle was my favorite and my husband liked the eagle ray. The lunch was made with the fish we caught and was the best meal we had in Belize. So delicious. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Not to be missed.
