Great experience! The sailboat was lovely, staff was fun and friendly. Snorkeling was great and guide knowledgeable. Fresh cold face towel after snorkeling was a nice tough. Fresh fruit and ceviche was so good. Plenty of drink choices. Shark ally was cool and it was nice to explore Caye Caulker. Miss communication the first day, so it was bumped to the next which was no bid deal. I would just confirm morning of to make sure it’s still on and give yourself extra time, parking is horrible that time of day and that part of town. Over would recommend and would do it again!

Great crew but bait and switch boat

This is apparently a very reputable outfit with many offerings. Our crew was terrific. HOWEVER, this was a massive bait and switch. The tour specifies SAILING and shows only sailboats. However, the boat was a motor boat. We had specifically sought out a sailboat (see the other Viator tours we did) because my daughter gets seasick from motor boats in open seas. And sick she got. I’ll be asking for a refund. If you rent a convertible and they give you something else you can’t call that fair.

Good Afternoon, We recently changed one of our Catamarans to have more shade to the back as this was requested by many guests often. The boat is in the photo it just has a top on it now. All of our Catamarans have engines as well because we have to get where we are going and some days there just isn't enough wind. I was not aware you were upset about your day with us. We do not bait and switch anything ever. I am personally in the office every day at the end of all trips, and no one came to see me they had a bad day. Highlight of Belize trip!

The boat staff were warm, friendly and professional. The snorkeling was as advertised. Swam with nurse sharks, sting rays, saw lots of fish (black snapper, grouper, parrot fish, trumpet fish and many other colorful ones) and beautiful coral. We got along well with the other guests on the boat, especially our teens, who enjoyed hanging out with other teens their age. Highly recommend. The family agreed that we could have done this trip two days in a row!

The staff was very friendly, the music was good the drinks was nice they kept the beer and drinks coming, shark experience was dope the snorkeling was fun and beautiful. Once you get to the beach you can buy food on the street which was really good. 10/10 boat ride. Lamar I think is his name is cool and patient.

The crew absolutely makes this tour. A+++. Funny, so helpful, polite and kind. It’s like they intuitively know what you need before you even ask. Wow. And they put safety first. I haven’t snorkeled in over 40 years. So they took their time with me and gave me extra supervision. This is a one of a kind, do not miss experience.

Fantastic Day Trip

We really had a fantastic time out on the ocean and enjoying a fantastic catamaran. The crew on the boat was very helpful and knowledgeable of the various fish and marine life. Safety was of the utmost importance and the guides were constantly checking in to make sure everyone was safe. Shark Ray Alley was incredible, and the sharks were abundant. This is a can’t miss excursion!

The crew of guys are very fun and loaded with tons of information. The entire trip experience was top notch and so fun! The catamaran sailboat is definitely the way to go. Tour operators - Amazing! pre-tour communication - could use some work

This was an incredible experience. Between the reef snorkeling, shark and ray alley, and hanging out on a catamaran, we were in heaven. The three tour operators on our boat were well-versed in the local wildlife, friendly, accommodating, and kind. They made a delicious shrimp ceviche for lunch which was delicious. Our only issue was the pre-tour communication. It was not clearly listed what time and where to meet. We were staying on Caye Caulker and had to take the water taxi to San Pedro. This was not an issue, but we were worried we were going to take the water taxi, only to miss the start of the tour. I reached out ahead of time and did not get a response. Once we were on the boat, it was perfect, but would love to see some improvement on the communication before the tour.

Great excursion!!!

The excursion was fantastic and the crew was even better. I’m happy we booked this trip. The sailing was relaxing and allowed us time to meet the crew and other guests. We snorkeled off reef and saw lots of fish and underwater creatures. Then we went to feed the sharks and really enjoyed that experience. Lunch at Caye Caulker was very chill and relaxing. The sunset cruise back to San Pedro was beautiful. Look no further, book this excursion if you want a full day of on the water fun!

This tour should have been canceled. The weather was terrible with the forecast for heavy rains all day. We asked about rescheduling but were told they’d have to ask the owner and the guide said the snorkeling would still be amazing. It wasn’t. The currents were too strong to get to the reef. We were freezing the whole day. Speaking to other operators the following day, they were surprised we were taken out. 2 good things were swimming with the sharks for about 10 minutes and 30 minutes of feeding tarpons. Honestly, it was a very expensive day for a couple drinks on board and 40 minutes of fun. You have to pay for your own lunch on Caye Caulker-delicious but just another expense for the day.

Good Evening, We are not in control of the weather, and everyone is asked if they want to go or not. We have been completely full for the holidays so we couldn't move you to another day as it was explained. We work really hard every day to make sure that guests have the best day ever with us. As long as there is no thunder or lightening, we can always go. It is something guests can decide. I am really sorry that it rained while you were here, and we always feel bad when this is the situation. But some guests want to go anyway as you are getting wet snorkeling and better than sitting in a hotel room. Some decide not to go which is their choice completely. We hope you enjoyed Belize overall and will come back again.

The Highlight of Our Belize Vacation

This adventure was the highlight of our trip to San Pedro. From the snorkeling at Hol Chan to the time to peruse the shops and restaurants of Caye Caulker, the XSite adventure was the perfect way to spend our last day in Belize. Our crew - Edward, Chilo, and Fito - were personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing experience. We had a few minor and corrected hiccups with the booking, however, we stayed the course and were glad that we did. Do not be dissuaded if you have a similar experience.
