I'm sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Like anyone, guides do have off days and, regrettably, I did not meet my personal or professional standards on this occasion. For that, I am truly sorry.
At the end of the tour, recognizing my performance was not up to the mark, it was mentioned that if anyone was not 100% satisfied, I would make it right, therefore we fully refunded your costs.
