Just riding in a bus almost all day , boat trip and cable car were cancelled . Lunch was supposedly included but we had to pay 25 usd for 3 drinks and a kids menu . We were taken to a jewellery store in the middle of nowhere with not much to see there . Bettet take a taxi to the old town and back , it's the only thing worth seeing

Overall was a very nice trip. Organisation, communication and pick up went very well from the tour company. If I could, I would skip the stop at the jewellery shop and have more time in the old center town and maybe a liittle of a walking tour experience (not just follow to boat at the marina and back). Lunch was good and boat tour was as expected for the price. I will like to mention, that my partner fell ill on our intented tour day for the trip and the provider did reschedule for us provided we get them a doctors note. So I would like to thank them for that.

Purchased city tour with cable car+ boat ride package. I booked my hotel in Antalya specifically from the list of places for the tour pick-up. 1.Pick-up from my hotel didn't happen. I received a message from the company that I'd have to walk 10 min to th3 street pick-up place, because bus cannot come to the hotel. They didn't send a car,they just told me to get myself to a different location. 2. Cable car ride was not available due to a recent accident on the facility. Viator.com was offering it, and the local agency didn't bother to inform, that the cable car is closed. Later the tour guide from the agency told us to contact Viator.com for the cable car fee refund, instead of informing the customers, when they dtill had time to cancel the original itinerary and book a new one without the cable car. 3. City tour as an actual tour of the city of Antalya was not provided at all. The tour guide did not have ANY content for us about the ciy of Antalya, and this was the whole reason and the description of the tour! For 3-3,5 hours the tour guide was sitting in the bus with customers not saying a word. He only announced stops and gave us "free time". We basically just had a driver who was taking us to waterfalls,to lunch,to boat ride,and the final stop-old city. When we arrived to old city,the tour guide just said that we had an hour to wonder around on our own. No content about the history or anything interesting about the place! 4.The boat ride did not have a guide,or audio tour.It was just a short ride around the shore with loud music blusting. We were looking at the cliffs without any idea what we are looking at... It was just a chance for local business to fetch tourist and to try sell8ng them drink, snacks, and photos on board. 5.Lunch was very poor.The guide offered 3 cheap and basic optios of the menu. Not only drinks and dessert were for extra charge,Even side dishes dishes were for purchase (not included). They put one piece of bread ,two little plates of salads,and one plate with a couple of spoons of salsa. There are 3-4 strangers at the tablewho had to share all that somehow. That was pitiful and very uncomfortable for people. Stangers should not be offered to share one piece of bread,etc. 5. Guide was not doing the job of a guide,he did not lead the tour. It was not a tour, it was just a ride between few places.

The day was an unforgivable experience and I gave you five stars even though we did not go on the cable ride this was because of the accident with the cable ride 5 days earlier and therefore it was not your fault. The whole day when seem to see and the guide we had was absolutely incredible I forget his name but he's way above 5 out of 5 standard. I would recommend this to to anyone. The two waterfalls were fantastic as was the restaurant.

Amazing trip money worthy and beautiful location

Very amazing trip and the tour guide Ahmat was wonderful with so much knowledge about history and culture of Turkey. It was very easy to communicate with him as he was ab English speaking guide. We started with Durden waterfall spend around an hour there with beautiful view and photoshoot with parrots. The next stop was Durden waterfall again the place is full of history and amazing view. After that we were taken to a local workshop at Arda if you want some souvenirs for yourself I would say you should invest in the Zultanite stone in gold or silver trust me it’s the best quality as I checked local vendors also but no match to there quality. Ahmat arranged our lunch meanwhile we were at workshop the lunch was again delicious and so regional with there star item fresh baklava. We had a cable car trip that was good with view of entire city do not book both ways for cable car if you book one side coming back is free. After that we went to old town Marina had a boat trip around the coast line and finally got to shop around the area. In total worthy trip with amazing guide. He give us location tips were we can have a local trip for our next visit to Turkey.
