Extra bags are USD 2.00 per bag

One half of a round trip transfer

They did not pick me up for the return to the airport. I was at the pickup spot early and they did not show up. I forced to pay for another taxi to take me to the airport.

Getting to the hotel was great but while I was leaving the hotel to get my plane that was the problem. The driver was not there and they did not schedule a driver . I was eventually transported to the airport from another company

Only complaint was that it took us a while to find the representative after getting off the plane and there was some confusion as they don't have a booth like the other companies and no one we asked had heard of Viator. Took some time to find driver on arrival but then he was was pleasant and polite explaining the sites and scenery on the way to the hotel. Had to call to find out how to contact the local tour operator to arrange a pick up time for the return. Comfortable, clean air-conditioned Escalade both ways. Overall excellent quality and reliable service for or first trip to an unfamiliar destination.
