Joining the tour from our cruiseship was super convenient as the meeting point was right at the entrance to the quay. The tour provided great value for money. I was so surprised that we started eating minutes into the tour and the portion sizes were pretty good. I was with my mom and we absolutely loved every item we tried. I thought the rum stop was an excellent addition because we got try making our own cocktail and we got extras afterward. This was an unexpected part of the tour but sooo worth it. It was a great activity.Tracey-Ann was an excellent tour guide. She was super nice and knowledgeable and made sure everyone got to where they needed to be after the tour. Overall, I recommend this tour and would do it again if I am back in Antigua…. I forgot to mention the snacks we got to take home. So much food! . PLEASE DO NOT STUFF YOUR FACE BEFORE YOU DO THIS TOUR. Make sure you have room to enjoy everything they have to offer. Do not hesitate to book city lime food tour on your visit to St Johns, Antigua. One item could be added - a sign with the company name or a more standout tshirt so our guide is easier to find.

Great tour. Tracyann was the best. Very personal, very informative and outstanding food! Loved the history and the people we met along the way! Highly recommend this tour!
Fab food and a great welcome to Antigua
    Rachel_S, Feb 2024
Our guide TracyAnn was brilliant, knowledgeable and welcoming. We loved all the food we tried and really enjoyed getting the inside track on some favourite local places that we might never have discovered. The rum punch workshop was an awesome added bonus. Definitely recommend!
    Lovely food tour

Tracy Ann was our guide she was warm friendly and gave us a wealth of knowledge about the island and some of its history. She definitely made sure everyone was comfortable and we all left FULL. She’s not kidding when she says come hungry. This is Must do attraction when in Antigua.
Excellent tour , exceeded my expectations

    Great tour, tasty food
    Gary_B, Feb 2024
Tracyann was a terrific guide who took great joy in sharing the food, culture and history of the island. The food and drinks were quite tasty and there was plenty of it, so nobody left hungry. We also appreciated that our guide stayed around after the tour to make sure everyone had a way to get back to their lodgings, etc. Very nice tour.
Learn about Antigua through the Food! Great tour.
    Julie_A, Jan 2024
We had a terrific guide named TraceyAnn. She was personable and professional. The tour was a lot of fun and a lot of food! Each stop was unique and we interacted with the owners at each one. They all knew and liked TraceyAnn which was great! We were treated like special guests. The people of Antigua were so welcoming. We felt very safe in town. The tour combined a lot of history and information about the island of Antigua and the food which came from many of the cultures that have settled here. It's hard to pick a favorite spot. Annette's Fine Dining was the biggest surprise. Not a place I ever would have stoppped at on my own, but OMG the food was amazing. A great food tour with authentic, non pushy stops. Five stars all around. One word of advice, the meeting place is tricky, it doesn't appear to be the entrance to Heritage Quay coming from the cruise ship dock. You have to walk through the first part of the shopping area and go past the taxi dispatch area. We suggested the guide wear a colorful hat or a different color polo as the meeting place was just beyond the taxi dispatch area and all the taxi drivers had blue polo shirts too.
    Great introduction to Antigua

Traceyann was an excellent, friendly knowledgeable guide. The 7 stops were amazing (I made a great Old G rum punch, even if I do say so myself!) and in between we got to learn more about St John’s and Antiguan history.
    Delicious, Informative & Fun!

Loved this tour! The food was all delicious and plentiful. The Rum punch making was a lot of fun too! Tracy Ann was lovely and gave a lot of interesting information. My only suggestion would be that the tour meet at the advertised meeting point. We were advised to meet at Bijoux Terner on the benches near the entrance to Heritage Quay. This is a great meeting point as it's specific and less busy than the entrance to the quay. We arrived at that spot 15 minutes prior to the tour. We did not see our guide so we continued to check around the entrance of the quay as well. 10 minutes after the tour was supposed to start we still hadn't found our guide so I was messaging the operator when I saw the group walking past us, coming from the entrance of the quay. I'm not sure why we didn't see them at the entrance initially, maybe just because it was very congested that day. They would have been very easy to spot if we met at the bench by Bijoux Terner.
    The Rum tasting...

The Rum tasting experience was great! Courtney was an excellent tour guide to us. Would highly recommend!
    More experienced guide needed
    Dawn_F, Apr 2023
The food on the food tour was great the choice of food and venues brilliant, the guide was only 18, so the overall experience wasn’t as good, it really needs to be an experienced local guide. Also finished an hour early. The rum punch making class was excellent and the lady who did it with us was very knowledgeable.
Think twice before booking this tour
    Robert_O, Apr 2023
Overall we did not feel the tour was a good value. The food provided was mediocre at best. The only positive was that our tour guide was friendly. Recommend that guides display a sign since they were not a the meeting place indicated on ticket.
    Wonderful tour of Little Havana

Daniela was a great guide. She took us to places we wouldn’t have found on our own. She was friendly and full of information Highly recommend this tour
    Needs improvement
    Colleen_S, Dec 2022
Our tour guide Odinisha, was amazing as well as the rum mixing class. However, the variety of local fare, for a City Food tour, was very limited for what we paid. Suggest adding a bit more diversity in the fare options.
    Food Tour
    Alan_J, Dec 2022
The tour started very dissorganised. The tour guide was either absent or on the phone a lot of the tour. With that said we got to taste some authentic Antiguan food. The portions were more than you could eat. We also visited some places that a tourist would never know existed. This is why I would reccomend this tour but to also point out the shortcommings we encountered.
Food and History - Loved this Tour!
    Debra_P, Dec 2022
We loved the food choices and we really enjoyed making customized rum punch. Tour guides were great!
Overpriced. Disorganised. Very little to no Food. Not worth it.
    x_x, Apr 2022
This tour is worth $20 USD and not the $115 USD paid for a disorganised tour and absentee guide. Some food and drinks were unavailable or missing from the taster, and on the breakfast stop, the spinach didn’t taste fresh. Juice and rum tasting occurred at beginning but this should have been last. Also we were not aware it was a rum tasting…part of tour included that so we were misled. The food was extremely small…I have had larger size canapés. To give you an idea, five people had to share a small sandwich bun. Meanwhile, a single patty was cut into six squares. I understand the concept of tasting but the food sizes were smaller than a morsel. Tour guide largely missing from tour and had limited knowledge. She also spent all her time on the phone. Honestly, save your money and Google local restaurants to eat from. I am asking for a refund.

We are so sorry that you did not enjoy the 9 different tastes of our culture. We hope that you would eventually find a restaurant on island that would be suitable for you. Thank you for leaving a review. It will definitely help us to form an even better tour product going forward. Cheers
    Amazing experience
    Andy_C, Apr 2022
Would give this 6 stars if I could. Tour had 7 stops at genuine local venues - Traditional breakfast, smoothie bar, chicken roti, make your own rum punch, cheese bun, patties, & Rastafarian food stall. Our guide Tiffany (who runs the tour) was fantastic. If as a tourist you’re a little unsure about “eating local” don’t be - the foods great and this really supports the small businesses.

    Great!

    Yum tour

Most spots had the owners on hand to meet and greet. Good size portions and variety I hope this group gets listed as approved cruise vendors
