Full-Day Trip to Ngorongoro Crater from Arusha Town

Ngoroungoro Crater is one of the best spots for a large concentration of animals in Tanzania. That being said, even in the crater, you need to find the animals which isn't always an easy task. I took two tours with this company and was very please with the experience. First, it is well organized. Mohammed did a fantastic job of keeping not only my pickups and drop offs on time and accurate (I've been in Tanzania for two weeks and can say that isn't always the case, people don't show up or don't have things organized properly, one couple missed a ballon tour that I barely made it to) but also kept everyone else moving to and from the right place and there were some pretty complicated arrangements. Second, our guide was spot on for knowing where to go and spotting. We saw zebras, water water buffalo, elephants, lions and from a distance, a black rhino. Most importantly the guide was easy going and a great guy to spend several hours in a land cruiser with. Our group was nice enough, didn't really gel like other groups I have been with, but that just happens. We had a wonderful traditional lunch, beans and rice with some lamb curry, something that is very local cuisine and a great time having lunch by the hippos, who luckily were content to stay in the water that time of day. I would recommend this company for any type of tour and they run several. Nice people, well organized and run, I don't think you will find a better tour company, based on my experience at least.
