    The guide was excellent we were listening to the app. The descriptions were comprehensive, you could even go without a guide! We had an amazing experience! We absolutely loved exploring the famous places in Barcelona on a bike. The tour guides were fantastic. We had a delightful time. Highly recommend this tour for anyone in Barcelona!

    the tour was a great way to get around and see some of Barcelona's best sights. Our tour guide Victoria was very informative and took care of us all making sure we were safely taken around the sights.

    Our guide took us to very few of the best sights in Barcelona during our bike tour. We did not go to Barcelonetta, or the Gothic Quarter, or El Born. We did not see the Barcelona Cathedral, the Palace of Catalon Music, the Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar, the Placa del Rei, Placa Sant Jaume or many of the other places on all the other bike tours lists. Because according to her, those places were too busy (um...because those are the best sites). Instead she took us down extremely busy streets including Passage de Gracia and then, neglected to wait for those of us in the back of the tour who kept getting caught at red lights. We have done bike tours in other cities and this one was extremely dissappointing.

    Terrific get -to-know Barcelona tour. We hit all the famous spots plus some we didn’t know about. There was time to get off the bike and look around for a few minutes at some of the sights. Our guide, Emiliano, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and took care to make sure we were safe and comfortable. Highly recommended.

    We did 4 city bike tours in 5 weeks - Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona & Lyon - & have done at least another 3 in the last 6 months. This tour was the only one we would have preferred to hire bikes & been our own guides. The group was supposed to be max 10, but it was overbooked - so too big to easily stay together in such a busy city. Guide was friendly but made no effort to engage the group & had no passion for, or deep knowledge of the city - so we barely learned anything. Every other tour we’ve been on had a local or long term resident. Situation was made worse as there were a couple of poor cyclists, a mix of electric & regular bikes and the guide couldn’t control the timings for the tour (big group & poor / slow cyclists obviously made this trickier!). Due to the group size, speed & lack of control of the timings, several of the later tour stops were missed without any explanation or apology. As everyone had already visited Sagrada Familia or were planning to go the next day, this time could have easily been clawed back by reducing the 25 minutes there - could have asked the group what they’d have preferred. There was no “this is where we cycled today” debrief with a map at the end. The tour company have multiple banners offering presents for good reviews… maybe this explains the positive reviews or maybe this was a one-off bad tour - but we suspect not. For example, when I asked the person in the bike shop, why the tour was over-subscribed….“extra people turned up on the day, so what can you do ?“ (Say “sorry we’re full” or use an extra guide on & split the group maybe???).

    A great tour with a really knowledgeable guide. Our first time on electric bikes and we loved it. Such a safe city to travel round on bike as well, using the many bike lanes. We saw many sights we would not have thought about ourselves. Great value for money

    I enjoyed the e-bikes and seeing this city this way. So much fun and the e-bikes made it easy. Way better than a walking or bus tour. But the he guide wasn’t the best. The sights we stopped at was narrated by an app that sounded AI generated. We didn’t always go the right direction down the bike lanes and when a person fell in our group the guide didn’t seem to know what to do.

    There were a couple issues with this tour: 1) our guide new nothing of Barcelona. At each stop rather than talk to us about what we were seeing, she played what appeared (or sounded like) a Wikipedia page of the site. When we asked follow up questions, she didn’t know anything and couldn’t add or clarify. 2) one of the riders fell and other group members had to go to his aid, our leader just looked back. I had to tell her directly to go and check on him. 3) we went with our bikes to areas that were not designated for bikes- in fact we were yelled at by a police man and a pedestrian for being in the wrong place. Overall this tour is not good, the quality of the bikes is low, the knowledge of the guides is low, there’s no engagement with the guests and overall would not recommend to anyone.

    Guide was not present. Operator said guide doesn’t come if it’s less than 6 ppl, there was 8 of us. Electric Bike is too short for tall people.

    The guide was superb, and I was also using the app in my own language. The descriptions of the attractions were thorough, you could almost do without a guide!))) Throughout the tour, the guide ensured our safety and made sure everyone was comfortable. The pace was relaxed, allowing us to enjoy the sights and take plenty of photos. The group size was small, which made for a more personal and interactive experience.
