Not Worth It

I waited by one of the hop on spots for the city tour and the bus drove right past without even a pause. I had been waiting awhile at that point and decided it wasn’t worth waiting anymore. Gave up and walked back to my hotel. In Bath, all the spots are fairly close and just walkable. The skyline tour was better on the bus but the weather was terrible and the bus wasn’t stopping.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. In Bath, some of our bus stops are used by other operators and are request stops. Therefore, we require our customers to put their hand out to indicate that they wish to board the bus. However, all drivers are expected to slow down as they approach any bus stop to look out for any potential customers looking to board. Brilliant Bath in the sunshine

We enjoyed our city tour. Stayed on the entire tour for the first journey round (and to suss it out). We got off at the Royal Crescent, walked back via the Circus, Jane Austen Centre, Abbey and Parade Gardens. Great commentary.

A nice experience

We live in Bath and always take visitors on the sightseeing bus as an experience. Th grandchildren 2 and 3 years came to visit and we decided to jump on the bus. We booked on line and caught the bus near our home in Brock Street. It could not have been easier. A very polite driver told us the ticket was valid for two days but we only needed it for that Sunday. The sun was shining and we rode at the top with the delight of our grandchildren. Great experience but a bit pricey £90 for 4 adults and 2 small chiildren which fortunately went free
