      Look for a sign with "Reederei Hadynski". The ship will arrive 25 minutes prior to departure. There are other companies using our pier leaving 30 minutes prior to departure. Please do not take these ships. Our ships are Franziska or Carola. Tour will start on time. Sorry but the ship can´t wait!

    This was so good been home a week now and still thinking about this. the lady guide that showed us the sites was just awesome I was travelling alone but didn't feel awkward at all. This for me was just to fill an hour but now it would definitely be a must so many great sites and so friendly.

    Thank you for the kind words about the tour. We just feel that the 3 star rating doesn´t correspond to what you said about the tour. Maybe you want to reconsider the rating. The thing is, that activities that have an average 3 star rating are not getting booked by customers. So your rating pulls our tour donw in the ranking. And reading your review I don´t think that this is what you had on mind when you gave the review.

    Enjoyable cruise with a funny commentator. We missed the boat the day before due to a protest crowd and Viator was terrific by honouring our tickets the next day.

    The boat is electric and so is very quiet. The tour guide was very friendly and gave lots of good information and recommendations of places to visit. There were only 4 other passengers (probably due to the rain). But a pleasant experience none the less. Would recommend, as it’s a great way to see the city in a short space of time.

    This was the first tour we took in Berlin and it was beautiful and relaxing. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, funny, witty and very friendly. I was nervous when I got to the boarding gate and he cracked a joke and made me laugh and set me at ease. He was patient and answered my questions as we went along. The tour was in German and English. He gave a live commentary as we went along. At the end of the tour, he gave us recommendations on historical sites to visit. A beautiful day was had by myself, my sister and my 13 & 15 year old son and daughter. I recommended the tour to a couple of other tourists that I met and will continue to do so with everyone. Lovely experience.

    Great trip! Very knowledgeable guide who had a good sense of humour. Bonus was nice weather & a wee drink on board! Learned a lot about Berlin which I wasn’t aware of. Great value for money.

    What an enjoyable cruise. The highlight for us was our tour guide with his sharp wit and dry sense of humor. We enjoyed learning more about Berlin’s history and hearing stories about the city. We would go on this cruise again!

    Interesting information. IT was not too much, not boring. The guide had a good sense of humor and was understanding for my friend that was running late. I recommend being prepared for very warm AND very cold weather.
