What To Expect

Your 2-hour tour of Breckenridge begins when you meet your guide and group at a designated spot in the center of town. You’ll be paired with a fat-wheeled bicycle and a helmet before hitting the trails.

The cycle track you follow will depend on the time of year—these fat bikes are great for biking in the snow in winter, and on regular dry trails the rest of the year. Learn more about Breckenridge from your guide and admire the views as you ride. These stable bikes are very easy to get the hang of riding.

The final part of the tour takes you to a local brewery and a distillery, where you can refresh after your riding with some drink samples. And you don’t need to risk cycling after a few drinks as you’ll enjoy a handy vehicle transfer back to town at the end.

Our guide, Annie, was absolutely awesome! Very informative, nice, and very patient. The ride was paced perfectly and led us around town. We also got delicious tastings at Breckenridge Distillery and Broken Compass Brewery, which became one of our favorites during our stay in Breckenridge.

We have been visiting Breck for over 20 years as a family, and this was the first time we took a bike ride together and gathered history along the way. We highly recommend this tour! We look forward to taking the next trip with E-Bikes to Frisco!
Chris was the best guide...

Chris was the best guide around. He was very informative and patient with an out of shape old lady. Definitely would recommend to all my friends
Nice option to see different parts of town.

Chris was friendly and full of local info. The route is level and slightly downhill. Some dirt trails but you can opt for paved adjacent to same.
Exhilarating ride!
Heather_C, Sep 2023
Our tour was basically a private tour [just the two of us and the guide] since we went just after Labor Day when tourism is at its lowest. So we completed the whole thing in 2 hours. Still highly recommend! You start out venturing through downtown, and Chris, our guide, gave us a lot of history about several different locations. I felt like we learned a lot but in a fun way (some of the other tours we saw along the way looked a little... dull). Once we got to the Riverwalk portion, he took us on a couple of the unpaved trails, which was quite exhilarating. I can't steer and look around so it was difficult to want to look at all the scenery but needing to focus because of the small rocks in the path that could send you flying at any moment. That portion was about 3.5 miles, then we stopped at the Breckenridge Distillery where you get two free samples, and we also paid for three more to try some of their special barrel aged whiskeys. I preferred the Pear Vodka and Spiced Whiskey, but the Port Barrel Whiskey was pretty smooth. Again, we were the only ones there, but the staff were super kind and attentive. Really took their time to go over questions we had. We ended at the Broken Compass Brewery, you get a free pint from tap. I'm not really a beer drinker, but they let me try a few samples and I really enjoyed the Mango Sour. We liked the atmosphere of this Brewery, and wish it were more within walking distance of the town. But the remote location is really what set it apart.
Exhilarating ride and great beer!

Fun tour with some exercise and many drinks
Adam_C, Jun 2023
Tour was fantastic, tour guide was very informative and the only disappointment was that we were hoping for a little more exercise in the bike ride portion. Would still highly recommend and the distillery and brewery were also a great time.
Great tour! Learned a lot...
