We never got to use this because we couldn’t get it to work and by the time the tour guide responded we were almost to the destination. I have asked for a refund but got no response

For 8 dollars it provides some useful info but not the best experience using it.

It was a fine way to get some information about the area while driving between Denver and Vail but the tour itself wasn’t really working great. It would either not play or stop playing audio halfway through. I’ve used other downloadable tours before that worked a lot better than this one. For 8 dollars it provides some useful info but not the best experience using it.

The trivia and stories made our trip more meaningful. There is a lag between locations that I didn’t quite figure out but I was riding in the passenger seat so could adjust when there were breaks between locations.

Informative and enjoyed the trivia but confusing to get up and going for over 55 crowd. Once we got it figured out, it was good but lost first three “sights” before that happened

Thanks for the review. We have actually just implemented a new tutorial method to hopefully make getting started easier. We do recommend completing this before starting the tour.

Keep phone gps active

The instructions indicate that you don't have to touch your phone, but I have to keep my screen active in order for the GPS triggers to work. Figured that out 1/2 way through. Otherwise my daughter and I loved it.

Thanks for the review! We're glad you enjoyed the content. Unfortunately not all devices are the same and that issue can affect a very small number (less than 5%). The majority of devices (especially newer ones) work hands free. We are also releasing a large update in the next week or two which should fix the issue as well.
