6 of us in our group and we all had a fantastic experience. Mimma and her husband were outstanding hosts, their home was charming and Mimma,s instructional cooking class was fun and very hands-on. I would highly recommend this experience while visiting Brindisi!!

This was a fantastic experience. Paola was patient, kind and a very good cook. We learned a lot, discovered many flavours and had a really great time with her and her helpful husband. We will do orecchiette again, with turnip flowers if we can find them at home. It was epic ! Thank you again ! - two belgian foodies
