Our tour guide David was the absolute best. He was extremely knowledgeable and fun! We are staying in Bruges so was able to join the group in Bruges. We took the train back to Bruges from Ghent. David walked us to the Tram stop as we has to take it to the train station. He was soooo incredibly helpful and kind!!

Amazing

Nice trip. Everyone should try this trip and visit beautiful places Bruges and Gand. Thank you ………. …
Not worth the money.
AnnaMarie_S, May 2024
Our guide did not speak English well and only spoke about 25% of the time that the Spanish guide spoke. We were in a mixed group which would have been fine if we had a guide that spoke English better. The ride was safe and pleasant (thanks to the driver) but the tour itself not worth the money. Very disappointing.
A wonderful experience

The tour guide was amazing. He narrated everything like it was in the year it took place excellent tour guide the bus driver a great driver and a very friendly person. The bus broke down that day, and he managed to fix it although it was a little bit of an inconvenient they made it very pleasant.
Poorly Run

Too many people for one guide. The headphone system requires you to be close to the guide or you received a lot of static and can't understand what they are saying. With so many people in the group it was impossible to be close to the guide to hear The headphone system was not strong enough for the group!! The guide needed an umbrella or clothing that identified him. The city is crowded and people intermingle with the group and break the group apart. It was hard to keep track of the guide. The bus was over crowded. There were seats for everyone, but the rear seat at the very back of the bus was completely full. The guide spoke too fast. Especially with the terrible communication system. They Don't take you to see the famous painting in Ghent. Mystic Lamb. When you arrive at the meeting point there are several tours going out at the same time. There are no signs to identify your group. It was raining and they were standing out in the rain. There was an option for them to stand under cover. This was a terrible tour and I would not recommend this tour group for these two destinations
Great day

Long day but super interesting. I found the radios actually super helpful to hear the guide during the tour. Definitely appreciated our guide Marc’s recommendations on restaurants and shops.
Bruges and Ghent Tour

The tour was very organized and delightful. Our tour guide Camilo was super knowledgeable about the history of Bruges and Ghent. He had also great tips for eating options. I enjoyed the sightseeing of both cities! I had an awesome time! Highly recommended!!
Great despite no radio for the second leg of the tour.
Greg_S, Apr 2024
The tour was good. Instructions were clearly given. Our tour guide, Pablo, was very informative about the place’s history and suggestive of everything we needed to learn. Five stars to Pablo who made extra effort on relaying to us the historical background of each stop despite the absence of the radio in Ghent. Four point five stars because the radio didn't work in Ghent and there seems to be no alternative other than Pablo possibly losing his voice. With the radio being out, we needed everyone to gather around before Pablo could start talking again, and not everyone walked fast. Overall, the trip was good and I would still recommend it.
Nice day trip from Brussels

I enjoyed a drink at the smallest bar in Ghent. Bruges was extremely crowded with tour groups which made the experience less desirable. Ghent is a lovely town

Highly recommend

Great tour! Saw so much in one day. Eros was a brilliant tour guide. Great fun, loads of fun information and very passionate. Highly recommend the tour. We enjoyed the walking tour in both cities and then the free time. Bus comfortable and safe. My only gripe would be that they need to update the headsets. Mine didn't always work and we all found we had to be close to him to him for them to work. They seem old so new headsets would make a big difference. Bus smells like cigarette smoke. I know smoking is very popular in Belgium but I hate the smell and it's been strong on the bus
Excellent day trip

Our guide - Mike was knowledgeable, funny and patient with large group. Would love to recommend him and do more tours with him. As for Brugges and Gent, delightful towns with different characters. Great to have a guide rather than do without it.
Lovely places to see and this tour is a convenient and informative way to do it.
Janette_M, Apr 2024
Bruges and Ghent are both beautiful and we were very lucky to have a mostly sunny day in what was a wet week. Julia our guide was knowledgeable and friendly but she had so much information to impart that she was constantly talking and walking, you couldn’t stop for a photo or you’d be left behind. When in Ghent, a much larger, open city, the headsets were getting a lot of interference and cutting out which meant we missed some of what she was saying.
Great way to see Brugge and Gent.
Bradley_B, Apr 2024
Juliana did a great job. It was great to hear about the history of Gent and Brugge. The stories made the places come alive.
A must see
Dannielle_F, Apr 2024
Brugge and Gent were amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about these places (Denmark in general) and I learned a lot.
Needs improvements
KVictor_R, Apr 2024
Our tour guide Pablo was very nice and considerate but was difficult to hear because of the engine noise of the bus and Pablo speaking very fast with an accent. Pablo is very educated and well informed of the areas we traveled to but we wish he would have explained more, of the rules and geographical area, while traveling on the bus. Also, the bus seemed to be cheaper and of a lesser quality compared to the other tour buses. We felt that this was an excursion that was not very well executed and needed more improvements.
Avoid them!
Justin_C, Apr 2024
Definitely don't recommend them. The group was massive; my fault for not noticing it. It was impossible to hear the guide on the coach bus and difficult to hear him when we were in Ghent. The walking tour was short and not terribly informative. Bruges was a disaster. Most of us were complaining that we couldn't hear him with the comm device that he was using. There was a ton of static on the channel. I've never had that issue in the past. I think they just use cheap devices which is crazy. The idea of paying 1 euro for earphones is also crazy. Yes, they do advertise that, but seriously? It's mandatory to buy them or bring your own. The guide himself was OK. I left halfway through the walking tour and took the train back on my own dime to Brussels. Surely there are better operators out there
Great tour

Entertaining day trip
Michael_C, Apr 2024
Well organised trip with 2 very entertaining guides. Pace is good, and the coach journeys aren't too long (between 1 - 1 1/2 hours). Highly recommended if you have more than 2 days in Brussels.
Great tour minus the radios
Danilyn_N, Apr 2024
The tour guide was great. I believe his name was David. He was funny and informative. The hardest part was being able to hear him due to the radios we were given. Seems like they need to really upgrade those. We did another tour with a different company and their radios were fine. I know other people had the same issue. Otherwise, the tour was great and easy way to visit both Brugges and Ghent.
