Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

The tour was great! Great for all fitness levels. A few small hills, but the bikes had gears to help navigate easier. We saw so many landmarks in the 3-hour tour. Despite our tour being on a rainy day, we still had a blast! Oh, and we LOVED our guide Nina. She was filled with historical knowledge and simply a pleasure to be around.

Bike tour to explore various parts of city

Good bike tour covering various parts of Brussels city. Would prefer if the tour leader gave more time at each location and reduce the pace a bit.

Brussels on bike

A bike is a great way to see a new city. The guide, Zoe, was wonderful and knowledgeable. I am over 60 years old and had no issues with riding the bike through the city for three hours.

Three star tour route, but five star tour guide

We were indeed a small group, and so our tour guide did not have a tough time keeping us in check. He is knowledgeable about the city, has a good sense of humor, very personable, and speaks English well. He did his best but I think he was limited by the city itself, which did not have a lot of interesting stops compared to other European capitals. The city's most iconic spot is a statue of a pissing boy. The view of the city did not really compensate for the tough uphill bike ride (so if the tour guide asks you to either bike uphill or take the elevator, just choose the latter). I understand why Atomium was not included because it was very far from the rest of the attractions, but I think including it and optimizing the route will make the tour better and more complete. I'm giving four stars, our five-star tour guide really did a good job on a three-star tour route.

As I understand it, you were mainly unimpressed by the city itself. Indeed, Brussels is different from other cities like Paris, and every city has its unique features. It is true that our most iconic statue is a peeing man, and some people find it silly, while others love it. However, for reasons explained on the tour, he has become an essential symbol of Brussels. Although he holds a special place for many inhabitants of the city, he is not the only reason to visit the city as it has a lot more to offer. Regarding the Atomium, it is out of the way, and therefore not feasible to include it on a stop in our tour. However, we do tell you all about it when we view it from the viewing point and encourage those who are interested to visit it in their spare time. The choice for cycling uphill or taking the elevator is entirely yours. Some people prefer to take the more relaxing option while others are in it for the sport, and we leave that up to you. We regret to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations, but we understand that it was mainly due to personal preferences and not the actual tour itself. We hope that you might give Brussels a second chance in the future, and we wish you the best on your holidays in the meantime. Cheers!

Poor Customer Service

Admittedly we were late for the tour, we missed our stop on the tram. However trying to sort things was disappointing, we were unable to contact the supplier & viator were not very helpful either. Hence we missed the tour with no opportunity to join.

Nice alternative for sore feet

The tour started at the main square by foot where the guide explained about it and then there was a few minutes walk to garage to take the bicycles. The guide was fun. Also enjoyed riding itself. Discovered a few places I couldn't find by myself.

Brilliant Bike Tour

Ali was a great tour guide and gave us loads of great facts about the city and its heritage. The bike tour was a combo of road and pavement but I felt safe the whole time. The bikes and all in great condition and we stopped off half way for a drink and some food. This was my first ever bike tour and I will be booking more in the future for other city breaks I take as it is a great way to cover so much more ground when you are limited on time. It also meant I didn’t get lost either as I was with someone that knew the area very well. Really enjoyed myself and got some great pictures along the way.

Great Tour for Those Comfortable on a Bike

This was a great tour to do at the start of our stay in Brussels. Nina showed us the highlights and gave us a lot of great information about the city. I would add a word caution: make sure you are comfortable on a bike, as you are in traffic circles and on cobblestone streets. Helmets are not an option.
