Great secrets of Bucharest

Loved the stories and history. Elena was a great guide and brought the tour to life. This was an opportunity to see parts of the city you wouldn’t otherwise visit

Interesting but a bit disjointed

Interesting tour but it felt a bit disjointed for me as you meet out north of Bucharest then go south of Bucharest for the cemetery then back to the centre for the rest of the tour. The cemetery site is vast. I wore long trousers as I read there were many insects.

I had a fantastic time on this tour with Bogdan. He made it far more immersive, especially considering it was 1 to 1. I loved the tour of the graveyard the most. He made you wonder a lot about why certain tombs were the way they were. I loved his recommendation of Excalibur at the end. It made my night. A must do in Bucharest with Bogdan

First of all I need to say that Elena was a wonderful guide, she is very enthusiastic and well-read. She made this tour very interesting, we found out about Vlad Draculea, some not-so-known stories from the past, during our visit to the cemetery, but also some sobering facts from the communism era. It might sound strange, but if I could improve one thing, I would make this tour a bit darker. I would make it a bit creepier and heavier! But I understand that perhaps this wouldn't be for everybody. Overall a nice experience, recommended!

The tour was different to what we expected but in a good way . Our guide Andra was very enthusiastic and knew the history and stories behind each place we stopped at in great detail . Her delivery was passionate and really made you feel as if you were there . Her energy was contagious .

Disappointed

Adrian was a good guide but the tour had almost no things in common with the official program. We did ask for a change in time, so the fact that it lasted 2 hours instead of 3 did not bother us. What disappointed us is the fact that we heard nothing about what was advertised, except of the visit to the cemetery. Other than than, the rest of the tour was about historical and architectural facts and not about the dark side or Bucharest. Money wasted. :(

we had a very Knowledgeable tour guide who taught us all about the history of Bucharest and Romania. Dating centuries back right up until the present. The cemetery was the highlight for us. Highly recommend this tour.

Having little knowledge of Bucharest, this was a good tour to supplement what I learned on my trip and definitely had some different turns than a typical tour. If you're looking for something off the beaten path, this is it!

It was a different tour of Buchaerest and the guide was really good and had some very nice stories. It was perfect that he had brought mosquito repellent because there was billions of mosquitos in the commentary.
