Our tour was an excellent way to see the highlights of Bucharest and surrounding area, in a relaxed and comfortable way. Marius (our tour guide), was knowledgeable and fun. He adjusted the day to the needs of the group, was very friendly, yet professional and helped us understand the history and culture behind the buildings. Overall an excellent experience in a relaxed atmosphere.

Never had tour where I was the only person. Turns out that this company does only small groups which is great if you like tour guides that you can ask questions. My tour experience is usually 10 to 20 people where it's a minivan or a bus dropping people off and we are mostly on our own. Marius is obviously proud of his country and is very knowledgeable about the subject matter. In terms of value, we went to more then just 2 places. I got my money's worth because we to 5 places. This is the first time where the tour guide tire me out from sight seeing. Would hire them again if I am in the area.

Our guide was exceptional, he is extremely knowledgeable with a breadth of knowledge covering all aspects of history, culture, politics and society. He was happy to adapt and to answer any questions put to him. The whole day was well paced and relaxed. It was like being shown round by a friend.

We had a lovely day discovering Bucharest and beyond. Our tour guide Silviu arrived on time in a very smart and comfortable mini van, he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly and would highly recommend this trip.

We had an excellent private all day tour with Paul from One Excellent Travel. He took us all over the city, visiting the Parliament Palace, Old Town and Village Museum. We then left the city to visit Mogosoaia Palace and Snagov Monastery. We werent able to get into the Monestary when we arrived, so Paul changed plans and went to the Palace first, then backtracked to the Monestary. Our 7 hour tour turned in to 8 1/2 hours. He didnt eliminate anything that was planned even though we hit traffic. He gave us a lot of history of Romania and Bucharest and spoke excellent English.

Paul was our guide for the day and was outstanding. There aren't really enough sites to fill a day, but we did visit the typical ones. There are no accommodations in Bucharest, in general, for handicapped or elderly with walking difficulties, so many of the sites were not possible for visitation by one person in our family. We would highly recommend Paul One Excellence Travel for any tour you plan in Romania.

Bogdan, la nostra guida, era molto preparato su tutte le tappe del percorso, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande, aggiungendo anche aneddoti e curiositá. Molto cordiale e disponibile. Nonostante il nostro alloggio non fosse nella lista dei pick up points, al ritorno ci ha accompagnate proprio sotto casa. Non avremmo potuto desiderare guida migliore per questa giornata.
