Yellow bus turistic tour

Buses were easy to spot but the full circle was too long. We hopped on off twice and it took four hours. Not sure about value for money as the information on bus was not always given.

We had a great time in Buenos Aires! Our hotel was well located near the pickup site! The bus stops were very centric to all attractions!

There was no map provided. So difficult to navigate as everything was in Spanish. The audio recording was in English but of little use to know where to get off at which stop for which attraction. Long waits for pickup. Freezing cold air conditioner in front of bus where we sat as it was raining. Not a great experience!

discovering that my tickets never came to my phone as promised ,couldn't get on the bus. Tried to explain to Driver that tickets were supposed to be sent via email and never arrived.

I will never book another Gray Lines Tour. total waste of money! We were never able to even find the bus stops let alone even see a bus! I am wondering if it was a scam! I would like my money back!

In Viator App could not find locations and spent 1.5 hrs and 2 taxi rides to find a stop. 1/2 buses have no air working, or just not using. As asthma patient, I cannot tolerate wind on open deck. Made fir miserable ride between stops.

The trip was very interesting and informative. We learned a lot about Argentina. The guide Brem was outstanding. This trip was all Spanish speakers except for us. Brem was added as a guide just for us. This made the trip very enjoyable.

Hop on hop off bus is a great way to see the city and introduce you to great hidden gems of neighborhoods
Overall convenient. Audio doesn't work. not an interactive map for stops to know where to go to get on.

Although the hop on and hop is quite convenient in BA and has a loop of 3.5 hours, and good stops close to attractions - the audio system on the bus is terrible. could not hear anything which takes away from the experience. Also there is no real ticket given and we have to show our viator reservation again and again at each stop we got off/on. Good stops and very convenient overall to cover a large city like BA. Wish the stop map was interactive to know where to go to get on. Also the stops have no real stop designated in most places. Wish the system was better. We got the 3 day pass - every time had to sit thru many stops to get to new locations. which is 3.5 hours long. But it served our purpose and worked out

It is the usual hop off hop on ride. The head phones are iffy. The sound quality was very poor and unfortunately made the person doing the english channel with a spanish accent difficult to hear and understand. (and I speak some spanish). Also the stops were announced over a loudspeaker which were impossible to hear up top with the ear buds in.

It was nice to begin our tour at the first stop. There were three buses, waiting to fill us up. There was a recording in English, but did not give a whole lot of information. Most of it was music though. . The route hit many of the major points of interest and was centrally located. It is worth the $25, but I’m here two weeks so I have a lot of time to waste. I’m not sure if it would be a good use of time if you’re here for just a short period of time.

One if the man that control the entrance to the bus was extremely rude to me. He was a man with blue eyes and quite old. This company has to train their staff and to respond in a professional way to clients.
