Your guide had a bicycle accident on his way to the tour and lost all communications with his family and the team for 4 hours. For this reason, we got in touch with all the participants of your group tour on the same day to refund the booking and invite all free of cost to another tour date which, unfortunately, didn't meet your schedule. We completely understand this type of inconvenience wastes an opportunity in a limited stay in Buenos Aires and we could not be sorryer. We're a small project and ours is a labour of love. We are very passionate in what we do and always strive to make sure that everyone who joins us for a tour has an exceptional experience that becomes a highlight of their visit to Buenos Aires. It's my understanding that your refund was processed by the platform and should be available for you from 3 to 5 business days.
