We offer pick ups at Cabo San Lucas, San Jose Del Cabo and The Tourist Corridor. If the Customer doesn't provide the name of the hotel, they would need to reach us 24 hours prior the tour, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service The pick up starts from 3:30 pm to 5:40 pm depending on the location of your hotel. We will confirm the exact pick up time Driver will be wearing khaki slacks, white polo and Pez Gato sign

    Inconsiderate and Disappointing!

    If you are booking and have a large party I do not recommend this party cruise! They are inconsiderate towards large parties as my party of 10 was separated in 3 different spots around the boat! We had to fit in where we could and was told not to gather for safety reasons. Well we booked it to celebrate my friend 50th birthday together and that went down the drain! I spent 800 for what??? For us to be separated and not to celebrate!!! The onboard staff was nice but the logistics of management team is poor! Nobody apologized or even tried to say we would refund you back at least half of your money for the inconvenience and inconsideration!

    Thank you for sharing the experience with us The tables where right next to each other since your group was of 10 people, they were not "around the boat". The staff asked everyone to be seated during certain boat movements, after that your group gather at some areas There is no genuine reason to ask for a refund since you had a great time and enjoyed the guides performance. The only issue were the 3 tables next to each other, if you can count that as an issue We'll work into the improvements to have a big table, just in case there are big groups
