Our cruise was booked to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we couldn’t have had a better time. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and the entertainment was great!! We had the best time! Thank you!!!

The band was Amazing! The views were spectacular. The food was extraordinary. We had the fine dining and ate the tenderloin and shrimp Alfredo. It was all delicious from the 3 different kinds of bread to the salad, main course to the 3 different desserts. Yummy!! Followed all up by 3 great performances. My kids loved every moment of it and that was the greatest part of all. Thank you so much for the best night of our whole vacation. We will definitely be doing this again.

Good food and show

The show was awesome and the food was good. Beer was included but wine was extra, that didn’t make sense. At the end they stand over you to make sure you leave a big tip.

In the inclusions of our activities it is specified what is included in your purchase, perhaps I am not paying attention to this part since table wine is not included in the national open bar that we manage. As for the tip, this is at the discretion of each client and our staff is prohibited from charging a specific amount, this is according to their quality of service, if the service was poor you can not leave a tip but if the service was good it remains for your consideration the tip. Tell us if our staff asked you for a certain amount of tip to take action on the matter and if possible share the name of the waiter who attended to the email groups@caborey.com. We hope to see you on board again very soon.

Sunset cruise with dinner and entertainment

This was such a good excursion. The views were awesome. We went out to the pacific around the side of divorce beach and along the coastline. They had a live band which was good. We danced and enjoyed the scenery. Dinner was at 7 and the flavor and presentation was excellent. The servers were very attentive both up on the top deck and the dining level. After dinner they had tango dancing by two performers. Mexican dancing with a puppies and the host who sang wonderfully. Would highly recommend. The best excursion that we’ve done.

While the staff was very hospitable for the most part, I can't say that this was a cruise that would be memorable. As far as the music entertainment before dinner it lacked variety. The food at dinner was tasty but my sea bass and shrimp were cold. The show at dinner, spoke to the Mexican culture and was nice. It was okay for the experience but not something I would do again or recommend

Poor Customer Service

I booked a dinner cruise for 4 people on the Sunset Premier for January 20th through Viator. On the 18th they called me to ask what we wanted for dinner TONIGHT (the 18th?) What? I told them we will not arrive until the 20th and they needed to move our reservation to Saturday the 20th. She told we I had to contact Viator, that she would not change the reservation or cancel it. I reminded her that we get a 24 hour cancelation and she says "but it's tonight". NOT my mistake. I chatted with Viator and of course they told me that I had to talk to the Sunset Premier people. Finally, I told him just cancel it and he saiid he had to go by the mistaken date. Ugh. I then asked for a supervisor and he said he could not do that. Sadly, I will tell everyone about both companies and how they have poor customer service. It would have been easy to change the dates but neither would do so. So, now they get bad reviews like this one. I called my credit card company and got my money back. A total MONEY GRAB for these two companies. POOR Customer Service. Buyer beware with these two companies.

First of all, thank you for choosing us. Demetrio Azpiri from Caborey Sunset Premier Dinner and Show writes to you. The clients themselves make their reservations through the platforms. If you made the reservation incorrectly, what you should do is contact the customer service department of the platform (Viator, TripAdvisor, etc...) whenever we (the supplier of the service) we cannot cancel reservations since it is a turning point for our ratings, in this case although a bad review affects us, on this occasion I believe that your bad review should not be for our product but for those who could not resolve it The error made, in this case, should be for the service platform. You have 24 hours to cancel all of our activities without penalty, but if you call the same day to make a change, perhaps that is the reason why the modification to your reservation could not be made. You must be careful when booking with all the inclusions of the services since you also receive a confirmation of your reservation indicating boarding time and date of the activity. Any doubt, I'm at your orders.

Exceeds your expectations

January was a bit chilly, so carry a jacket. But it was worth it. The sunset was amazing. Live band while starting out, along with drinks an excellent service. Next came dinner, which was better than my hotels dinner. The food was perfect, along with desert. There were three acts, and they all were wonderful. This was one of the best excursions I've been on in years.

A must try sunset dinner cruise!

The staff was friendly and attentive, the live band played 80s/90s music and was great! The cruise went to the arch, then caught the sunset perfectly. Dinner meal was delicious and very well presented. The after dinner dance show was awesome! Everything was well put together.

A great experience--excellent food, great show, and wonderful service--great value

At first we thought that this dinner cruise was a little on the expensive side, but afterward we were extremely pleased with the experience and thought it was excellent value. We had to arrange separate transportation booked through the vendor, and we were glad we did, because finding the dock was somewhat complicated. We were escorted to the boat very hospitably. The boat has three decks with wonderful views of Los Arcos rock formations at sunset. There appears to be two options--a buffet and a served dinner. The package we booked had the served dinner, and this was the surprise for us. We don't expect much from "dinner cruises," but this meal was as good as we would have gotten at a fine dining restaurant with perfectly cooked chateaubriand and beautifully prepared sea bass, salad and a dessert plate with three delicious mini-desserts. In town at a fine dining restaurant we would have paid the same price for dinner alone. Service was impeccable. Then the show began with an extremely talented tenor singing classic mariachi repertoire, and two dance pairs performing tango and traditional Mexican dances from Veracruz and Jalisco. We had a great time on this cruise. The only thing lacking was that wine was not included in the dinner price--though "hard" liquor and beer were available under the all-inclusive price. We were then returned to our hotel with the same care. We should mention that one of us traveled with a mobility scooter, which was loaded into the transportation van and handled by the boat crew to load on to the ship. We were extremely grateful for this extra care. We would definitely recommend this cruise

Superb water dining experience

The food was excellent the entertainment was excellent service was excellent drinks were fine as well. The scenic view on top of a three course meal with a view of natural wild life was exceptional. We saw sea lions, pelicans, and some whales. The boat ride was smooth as well. I would definitely do this again it’s a must do when you visit Cabo.

Worth every penny

I have been on a lot of sunset cruises but this was hands down my all-time favorite. From the exceptional pre departure communication to the efficient boarding process, excellent Pre dinner entertaining and the delicious food and dinnertime entertainment everything was top notch. Even the drinks were good for an open bar in Mexico. The served plated dinner was exceptional! Everyone at our table had a different entree and we were all impressed. For those used to cheesy entertainment aimed at the least discriminating tourist be prepared for a pleasant surprise! A live band played on the top deck during cocktail time and into the sunset. After dinner was served we were treated to a quality national entertainment showcase of traditional songs and dances that continued until our return to the dock. I highly recommend spending a few more dollars and choosing this option for a sunset cruise while in Cabo San Lucas.

We loved this experience!!! We had a chance to experience drinks, music and the sunset while sailing to the arch. Followed by a delicious dinner and show. I wasn’t offered the fish option when we arrived but our seat mates food was delivered and it looked delicious. So I asked to switch entrees and they accommodated me with no problem.
