Pickup details

Puerto Paraiso Mall in Cabo San Lucas and Mega Commercial in San Jose del Cabo for locations outside the scope of our shuttle service. Address: For cruise ship guests: Pick up will be 40-50 minutes before the activity at Oxxo store in Plaza Gali. Plaza Gali is a mall just in front of the pier. You may ask port authorities for directions, it's a 2-3 minute walk to the Oxxo store from the pier.

What To Expect

Choose from various departure times to suit your schedule; then be ready in comfortable clothing at your hotel lobby for pickup. Upon meeting your guide and group at your hotel in San Jose del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas, climb into a comfortable tour vehicle.

Hydration (water) stations are available to refill your bottle for free. Remember to bring your own container.

Once you arrive at the zipline depot, get a safety briefing and demonstration, then get fitted for your helmet and harness. The special system of steel cables affixed by concrete anchors (that have extra high weight limits) means you can zipline in tandem with your family and friends. Some lines in the network can hold up to four passengers at one time. The longest zip line is 2,673 feet (815 meters) long. Take in views of the desert, the Pacific Ocean, and the Sea of Cortez.

Your park entry ticket (not included) also gives you access to the water park, an animal sanctuary, and the Los Cabos Canyon Bridge.

Return to your hotel for drop-off at the end of your activity.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Super fun times at the monster zip line. Friendly staff and a good time to be had by all. Afternoon session in July was a bit hot, but the kids had fun regardless. Just make sure to drink a lot of water.

Waited in a railing fior my friend and it gave away. Luckily I am right handed and went that way to save myself or I would be off the cliff. Told the workers and they had zero care. Went back down after the 4th zipline and had 2 watermelon margaritas….which were awesome! Highly recommend those!!!

Do not pay in advance for anything on your trip to Cabo with Viator

After confusion with the company on the hotel pickup the excursion was changed to the next day. On the second attempt the driver never showed up at the hotel for pick up. This took up 2 days of a 4 day vacation. I recommend booking any excursions once you get to Cabo. Do not book or pay for anything in advance. Multiple attempts by the hotel staff and myself to contact the Zipline company were not answered.

We had a lot of fun on this zipline adventure. My husband did not like the fact that another couple out of our group was given "priority" in front of us half-way between our tour. Nevertheless, we still had a good time. The instructors were great and helpful.

Staff was super awesome and helped my husband when he needed aid and chose not to complete the zip tour. The tour was super with moderate activity of climbing steps. I would definitely recommend this zip and this company! Eddie, Goose, the photographer and another guy (name started with an S?) were fantastic!

S/O to my main mann Gusto/gustovo!! From the ziplines! This experience was one of the best in life! Thrilling and exciting. And most of all it’s safe. My fiancé was worried about that the whole time and after the first zip line that fear goes away. The price is in my opinion is beyond fair. Even though they charge you 20 bucks a person to enter the park and additional if you wanna use your own camera (GoPro) . There hotel pick and drop off is on time and everyone is super friendly! If your thinking about zip lining you should definitely go with these guys! Thanks again Gusto! Good luck with your YouTube!

I have been on ziplines before, and...

I have been on ziplines before, and was taking three girlfriends who have never done this. The workers were nice and helpful. However, the terrain is rocks with little to no vegetation. The part I disliked the most had to do with the actual zipline. You had to lean back with straight legs above your head and any deviation would affect the ability to get to the other side. You needed to be careful to cause no swing because the brakes became engaged if you moved. This didn't allow anyone to look to the sides, enjoy the view etc.. In fact, I got stuck on three lines before I reached the end. You are able to pull yourself to the end, but this definitely was not as enjoyable as the zippiness I had experienced in Colorado.
